Mittlerweile sind es 3 bis 4 mails am Tag die reinkommen. Das ist sicher nicht gesetzeskonform, aber was interessiert sich ein Neubauer schon für Gesetze, wenn es um die eigenen Interessen geht. Spamfiltern geht natürlich, aber am einfachsten: Einfach beim Restaurant direkt bestellen.

Utterly dreadful service, food didn't turn up and suddenly cancelled too late for me to find an alternative. When I asked customer service chat whether there was a problem given the courier had been "at the restaurant" for the best part of an hour they kept telling me to wait a few more minutes and that it was on the way. When I asked if they had actually spoken to the courier, multiple times, I got no answer. After cancellation, they offer to "make it right" with a refund. Astoundingly awful.
horrible service. if anything goes wrong there is no way to talk to a human anymore it's always through the bot which is never helpful. Horrible customer service.
die Restaurant Bewertungen sind nicht mehr zu sehen. Man kann nur noch die Sterne sehen. dadurch weiß man nich ob ein Restaurant wirklich gut ist oder ob die Bewertungen fake sind. Mit den Text Bewertungen konnte man wenigstens noch die offensichtlichen Fake Bewertungen sehen. Es gibt leider viele Restaurants die echt schlecht sind und trotzdem über 4 Sterne haben. Bitte die Bewertungen wieder anzeigen lassen. Daher nur 1 Stern
Spam - I get daily promotion & marketing notifications, despite repeatedly having turned off the permission to do so inside the Lieferando app. So Lieferando is forcing me to block all notifications in Android or to uninstall the app. What kind of rude disrespect is that?
It is absolutely impossible to talk to a real human being when you need one. The costumer support "assistant" keeps cycling you through AI slop answers instead of dealing with the issue, which would have been solved within minutes if it were dealt by a human. And they have the gall to charge up to 5% of each order for their service? What service are you providing me? I thought it was costumer service when there are issues with my order but I guess I am just paying an idiot tax.

Sendet notifications mit Werbung obwohl ich sie ausgeschaltet habe. Ganz zu schweigen vum Business Model des Unternehmens.

Respectfully, your customer service sucks. Your AI assistant? Cooked. Your website when you need to get help? Absolutely diabolical. You fell off Lieferando. This doesn't feel like you anymore and that just sucks.
Consistently frustrating experience. Roughly every third order, especially from large chains like McDonald's, is missing an item. This defeats the purpose of an itemized receipt. The standard resolution of promising an "extra drink next time" is unacceptable long-term. While Lieferando doesn't physically pack the bags, the platform's data transmission to these restaurants clearly fails to ensure correct fulfillment. The app's data handling needs serious review.

Restaurant ratings are now no longer accessible, you can only see the overall star rating. After the introduction of the service fee the final reason to quit the app
When there is a problem with the delivery, the only help received from Lieferando's team is to tell me to contact directly the restaurant and they wash their hands about the food not being received. Really bad support.

Bestellung wurde versucht an die falsche adresse zugeszellt zu werden, lieferando sagt ich wurde mehrmals vom lieferanten angerufen und es haben mehrere zustellversuche stattgefunden. Nichts davon ist passiert. Geld bekomm ich nicht zurück, weil es für das Restaurant ein "finanzieller schaden wäre" und was ist mit MIR?! Die 18,18€ sind jetzt MEIN finanzieller Schaden. Lieferando NIE WIEDER. Uber Eats hat den deutlich besseren service.
Worst food delivery app ever. After 70 min my order got canceled and no one is responding.
Habe etwas bestellt. Der Fahrer hat das Essen nicht zugestellt. es hat es auch nicht versucht (nicht geklingelt und nicht angerufen). Die Bestellung wird nicht erstattet. Kundenservice kann man auch nicht erreichen. Kundenservice zu Kontaktieren bringt gar nichts. man bekommt innerhalb von Minuten eine Antwort von irgendeinem indischen Agent, dass die getroffene Entscheidung fest bleibt.
man kann seine Adresse nicht ändern, keine Stornomlglichkeit, Restaurant hat teilweise keine Telefonnummer. Absolute abzocke. Der KI Assistent kann nicht gescheit antworten.
Finally I choose to liberate myself from this app, where the only support are just bots. There is no accountability when deliveries go missing, nobody rings a bell, nobody actually phones to try contact, not even a picture or, "oh we take the food back to the restaurant please pick it up there"... no apparently they just throw it in the street somewhere... I hope to live a healthier better life after this.
This app is a scam. Imagine ordering food worth of 30€ and i never received my order. then the next thing, it was marked delivered but it never came. I contacted them and they said they will not refund me. It's really bad that you people will be using such to be scamming people for their money

Terrible app. Does not let me login because it never sends the verification code to my email address. Just says "Something went wrong". Tried in three different phones and it still does not work. Tried to create a different account, and it also does not work. There is nothing wrong with my account because when used in a computer or in a web browser in any phone it always work, including the login code sending. So your app is useless, try to fix it if you can.
Login funktioniert nicht. App greift auf Play Integrity API zu und schmeisst einen generischen Fehler. Warum kann ich Onlinebanking auf meinem Telefon nutzen, aber darf kein Essen über eine App bestellen, sondern muss einen Browser verwenden?

WARNING: Avoid this app. Drivers frequently keep orders for themselves, the system marks them as "delivered," and Lieferando keeps your money. This is fraudulent behavior. Had the worst experience, for 2.5 hours I waited for a 35 min delivery order. And in the end had to cancel it. Felt very frusterated and stupid to even wait this long.
I'm having so many issues with this app sometimes! If everything's okay, then they don't have problems, but their main problem starts when you have an issue! Imagine at lunchtime you order two meals but the delivery only brings one, and they only offer you a refund for one. And even that amount isn't right! It's worse, use another app.
