An sich okay die App, aber warum übernimmt er die Abholmarkierung von meiner letzten Bestellung, selbst, wenn ich eine neue Adresse angebe, damit dann mein Essen schön an den A°sch der Welt geliefert wird ???
Täglich Pushbenachrichtigungen voll mit Werbung, obwohl diese in der App deaktiviert sind. Antwort an Entwickler: Natürlich kann ich die Benachrichtigung über mein Betriebssystem von der App abstellen, aber das bedeutet trotzdem, dass eure App nicht richtig funktioniert. Und ich würde mal frech unterstellen, dass es genau so von euch gewollt ist. Im Netz findet man genug andere Leute, die sich darüber beschweren.
Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Habe 1 1/2 Stunden auf mein Essen gewartet, dann beim Restaurant angerufen und erfahren, das gar keine Lieferung bei denen eingegangen ist. Habe nach einer Stornierung des Auftrages gebeten, woraufhin ich keine Antwort bekam bis der Fahrer unterwegs war, und dann hieß es 'es gibt keine Storno, Fahrer ist bereits untwerwegs'. Größte Abzocke dieser Lieferdienst. 100 Male zuvor, keine Probleme und jetzt so was.

I will never use Liferando again! They pay cheap drivers who can't understand the difference between my apartment door and the door of the apartment building! They leave the food in the middle of the street where anyone can take it and when your food gets stolen they refuse to refund the order! These guys have no laws. They are worse than a Indian scam center!
poor customer service
I complained because the picture the restaurant used was not the product they were selling, I wanted the refund of 4€ that I pay for a bottle of cola when I got a can of cola, they refused so I deleted my account that I have use for years. They are having many complaints because of bad practices

What a bad service and app this has become. Order #H8H3CK, can provide a receipt if necessary. They permanently closed the case after I asked them to provide any additional information such as proof of delivery. PayPal sided with my case and has refunded the money.
Schlechtester Lieferservice in Deutschland! Die Kollegen lassen euch 1h Stunde warten um dann zu stornieren mitnder Begründung es sei kein Fahrer da während der "Customer Service" einen gaslighted dass der Fahrer gleich da ist. Den Customer Service Live Chat kann man sich sparen, nur copy paste antworten von iwelchen outgesourced minderheiten.

The least I can say about the customer service of this app is that it is a big scam, how is this app an official sponsor for champions league? My food arrived uncooked, I complained and they told me they cant refund me because I paid in cash, since then a series of automated messages is sent to me, 2 agents lied to me and said they sent me a voucher on my email, when I said I didnt find it they end the chat immediately I tried to talk to a manager and I feel very helpless

I was preparing my first order, switched apps to confirm items, when I returned to the app the cart was gone, and I'm no longer able to place an order with the place I selected! Seriously, how can you continue to operate when you only give the customers 30 seconds to search and then place the order????? This is pathetic service and now I see why no one likes this service. This is a minus 10 star service. I will be telling others about the poor quality I had today.
Order # 3PJDWF: Been over an hour since the order was placed. The restaurant still did not begin preparing the order. I wanted to cancel due to the unreasonable delay but the app doesn't allow it. I wanted to chat with a real customer support agent but that wasn't possible too. Now my money is gone and there's no way to recieve help from Lieferando team. Switching back to Uber Eats.
able to see the cumulative score for restaurants but unable to see the individual reviews of restaurants since December '25. have contacted Lieferando (or who ever handles technical issues) and yes, they are aware of this issue. 4/23/26 - was told that now only cumulative scores for restaurants are shown. However when leaving a review it says my review will help others decide on a restaurant. How so, if we can only see the cumulative score?

Horrible experience I use to like this app and have used Lieferando since 2019 without issues, but for the past few months, it has been horrible. The order was never picked up from the restaurant until the restaurant owner called Lieferando several times. Then a Lieferando driver picked it up. A few minutes later, the app showed me that the order had been delivered but it never got delivered. I know the restaurant owner personally so I know he is not lying.
Der schlechteste Kunden-Support den ich je erlebt habe. Mir wurde einmal eine deutlich kleinere Pizza als angegeben geliefert. Daraufhin wollte ich mich mit Lieferando in Verbindung setzen um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Leider gibt es keinen Weg mit einem Menschen zu sprechen, wenn man nur ein Normalsterblicher ist. Man wird von der Hotline an den Chatbot in der App verwiesen. Dieser hat aber scheinbar nur die Aufgabe zu verschleiern, dass du mit deinem Problem alleine gelassen wirst.

1. Ich wähle ein Restaurant, bestelle 7 verschiedene Pizzen, vor dem Kauf der Hinweis die PLZ hat auch geändert, ich muss zurück! Alles weg, Warenkorb ist leer, Bestelldetails leer. 🤦♂️ 2. Essen für 12:30 Uhr bestellt, Geld abgebucht, Restaurant sagt: leck mich, es wird 13:30 Uhr. Per Telefon nicht erreichbar und Lieferando fühlt sich für nichts zuständig. 🤦3. Login in der App: Mail eingeben, Toast "something went wrong", kein login mehr möglich... 🤷♂️

Der fakt das eure Fahrer einfach behaupten können das sie das Essen abgegeben haben obwohl es nicht stimmt ist eine Frechheit. Nur weil eure Fahrer bei der falschen Wohnung Klingeln heißt das NICHT das ihr mich nicht erreicht habt. Vor allem bekommt man sein Geld nicht mal wieder weil die einfach jedes Support Ticket schließen mit der Aussage "Ja pech". Ihr zockt Leute ab und anzeigen bringt auch nichts p.s. die Antwort von Lieferando als Lösung habe ich probiert, die Ignorieren alles konsequent
That is really bad application. no support, delays and not even human assisstant. I ordered several times and always delayed. last time my order placed twice due to problem in application and not even assisstant to help with cancelation.
Support nur mit einem Bot der in einer Schleife sagt das er nicht helfen kann.

Impossible to talk to a customer service rep. Food did not get delivered, customer service reps claim they have no way of reaching the drivers, which seems like the most blatant lie.
Seitdem es keine sichtbaren Bewertungen mehr gibt, steige ich auf andere Lieferdienste um. Adios, Lieferando.
By far the worst delivery app at the moment. Decent at some point, but the service has been degrading over the last months. I love AI, but their "AI Chat" is the most useless thing I ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Today I got my order (20 min later than the latest estimate) and half the order was missing. The Chat bot is the only way to interact with service, so I asked for a refund or help or talking to a manager. "I can't help with that". Deleting the app.
They remove rating system and it's really hard to reach customer service.

ich hab mal bestellt und Restaurant hat mich angerufen weil das Essen waa ich will ist nicht mehr vorhanden. ich hab versucht Lieferando zu kontaktieren aber kann man nur mit KI Chat kommunizieren. ich habe dieses APP gelöscht. schlechten Service!
the WORST customer service by far. they will not answer anything, they will not solve any issues they will just leave the chat after a quick premade reply. I feel like I have been scammed.

Well now aside of price gouging by charging for delivery, service and in general more expensive than just buying directly from the source, they squeeze even more money out of you by having gigantic adds banners, yes more adds that takes 45% of my screen. We are paying for the services we don't need adds.
The restaurant took 2 hours to deliver the order and they don't give any option to cancel the order and do not have any customer support.

An embarrassment. ZERO customer service. They just have a useless bot that can't help with anything. I had an issue with an order and I couldn't reach out to anyone from Lieferando or the restaurant. Not even a simple phone number was provided for the restaurant.
