Lately losing member selection when I move the map. I want to select a member and look around or forward of the selected member move without losing the selection. This is terrible bug making life360 unusable. As I wrote last time I would pay for life360 if saved gps history would have higher precision and longer history ofc.

who knew, money is more important then my own life. 25/month for premium? I didn't know my life cost 25/mon or 230/yr. you guys don't act care about us, but the money.
Asked for my date of birth and I accidentally pressed continue with the incorrect date. Moving forward it wanted my driver's license info and a profile picture of me in order to log in which is great for actual minors so I did all that to log in to check a family members location and have no way to correct my date of birth. The support says to wait 24 hours to log in to change it once prompted again but I've already been prompted and there was no way to chat with support on the log in page.

5/7/26 how can it show my child in two different locations at once?..The new update takes forever for the activity timeline to finally appear.How is that supposed to help me in real time. it will often show my kids still at location even though they left. downloading a backup method now, because I cannot rely on this.
The newest update has me put in my age, and then falsely declared I'm under 13 and need to give away my passport. Unbelievable
Gets the job done when all you need is to track a few people, but man are the pop ups annoying. Every single time you open the app it's sure to remind you how you're missing out on very specific features; all of which you need to pay for. if I already turned you down 20 times, it won't take another 20 attempts to win me over. God, I hate Capitalism sometimes
My husband was downgraded to a 13 year old after using this app for YEARS!! They want ID to prove his age. We are not doing that! We will be finding a new app today!

genuinely the worst app to ever exist dont get this unless you hate your kids and want to control them
This app was great until it asked my daughter to verify her age and won't let us verify it and any link to customer service is a blank screen and when you call the help number it just hangs up the call.

*I do not recommend. It can't even perform it's base function of location tracking without access to my body metrics. Since it's required when not necessary, clearly they must be profiting off (selling) that data.* Nor does it work on phones with Battery Protection on... which prevents them from over charging. I have multiple tracking apps on my phone, including Google Maps + MapMetrics which I use daily. None with such an issue. Many apps succeed where this one fails. Also a battery killer!
No use to be honest. Will say my child is home when they're out and vice versa. Constant pop ups, and always asking to upgrade. If I want to I know where to do it. This is the 2nd shot of using this and hasn't gotten any better, will definitely be getting deleted.

they have been lots of issues with saying where the people are and then not showing anything. or telling the wrong address even though they say they drove to the spot just showing a different spot

I love Life360 and it’s honestly a great app, but the subscription prices are just getting way too expensive lately. It’s hard to justify the cost when there are other options popping up. I think I’m going to have to settle for Live Intervals instead. I’ve heard it’s actually accurate and works really well, plus it’s way more cheap and affordable for what you get. I'll probably stick with that for now.
