Just updated the app and still crashing after using fingerprint to log-in. been over 3 months what a joke!!
You said it came with the Norton app I bought. It is NOT part of the Norton app I bought. I then saw I had to pay for it. That's not what I believed as coming with the Norton app I bought. I feel that ìs very misleading!

I've had Life lock for years and now the app doesn't work. it'll flash open and immediately close. It hasn't worked in months. I thought I would be patient and wait for an update that would fix it. I guess not.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for days I've done everything I'm told to do but the options they're telling me to select don't appear why in the hell is it so hard to cancel a subscription? I will tell anyone that listens to never use this

ive had nothing but trouble with norton. they love to take your money but I have a hard time canceling my subscription. ive finally canceled it and AGAIN got charged 550.00 when I called to complain they wanted me to pay 5$ to cancel something I never ordered. im beyond disgusted with this place. they always switch me to someone else when I call and never get anything fixed. im so upset about this last bill and then they try to charge me again for something I never ordered omg. AWFUL!!
not the best app to work with...constant trouble with it....wont allow you to chat with them...constant spinning circle when you press chat with us...they refuse to tell you when your subscription ends so they can just bill you without you knowing trying to trap you...i try to change settings and it wont allow it and says you have to call them. bad app experience

you are taking monies out of my debit card when infact I just want it canceled? anything with Norton I just want it all cancelled?

Difficult to use, buggy performance, and impossible to understand support team, all with heavy foreign accents.
