It says email information detected on the dark Web. But when you click on it it doesn't take you there !! So what's the point in installing this App for protection when you can't find out what information has breached on the dark Web. It says please change your email and password. But how can I when I don't know what information has been breached!!
They share your information, since signing up I receive at least six calls per day from people all over the US trying to get me to sign up for a loan. same company but addressess all over the US. This company is a scam.
it's not allowing me to sign in
want to change notifications preference and keep getting the same 50000. error . virtual help is not very helpful. if I don't get it resolved soon I'll be looking for another monitoring app.
The app doesn't work on samsung s26 ultra, every time I open the app and do a biometric authentication, it crashes.
app doesn't must be hacked or just plain doesn't work. disconnects when biometrics are started. Norton is turned off on the phone by someone at will. worthless app! overrated and promise unfulfilled!

The account never got relinked, and i refuse to waste anymore of my time.I enjoyed the app until then, seriously considering ending my account with Norton.
just trying to upgrade my plan but I can't get anywhere with this app
