I can not login to the app with the correct username and password.
Does not respect Android's auto rotate settings. I have it turned off. The devs think they know what I want more than I do and the app ignores my phone's settings and forces landscape mode when I tilt my phone even when I have auto rotate off. Please respect my settings.
Surprised this app doesnt have two factor authentication. Doesn't seem secure 3/12/26 update: This app simply never loads on my phone. utter junk!!

constantly freezes up
they run your bank information internationally with no mention of this in user agreement. when inquired about this Lillio refuses to comment... what are they really funding with their "fees"!!!
Your app is incredibly slow
Please stop making unnecessary changes to the UI. It's confusing and makes things take longer, especially when you turn a compact list into needlessly large icons that take time to scroll through and find. Edit: OMG PLEASE STOP CHANGING THINGS! Why would you add AI to this app??? NO ONE WANTS THAT! And the floating bubble is in the way of other buttons, and it's an eyesore.
App crashing after 3-4 downloads. To download picture or video need to hit 3 dots in top right corner minimum 5-7 times or even more. Tried to use it on different Android phones (Samsung S23plus, S24 and S24) same problem. Support told no issues found.

Photos are displayed as a collage, and if you want to download them in normal resolution you have to pay. Also, for some reason there is no way to see info only from our current provider, we see info from our previous daycare provider too, and it's all on the same page. I absolutely hate this app!
Horrible app performance. Slow to update/refresh and constantly crashing
Very buggy app, ruins the experiences, hard to begin with. It will get stuck at the splash screen or a white screen at start up many times.
The latest update is horrible. Having to click through multiple menus to get where I need to is ridiculous. Plus it duplicates my posts for no reason and the input times get messed up with almost every input. I have 10 kids I'm responsible for this update takes time away from supervising the class and engaging with my students. Change it back. It crashes every other day as well. switching between rooms doesn't save and does not get updated without refreshing the page 2 or 3 times

Monetizing HD photos of parent's children is shameful and parasitic. Your business model should be targeting the daycares using your app. Your app is anti-parent and anti-consumer.

It is used to work, but recently I cannot log in to the app, though I can log in via browser using the same account. The app simply said "something went wrong, please try again". It still shows notification on my phone, but I can't log into the app.
I can't find my child much less my invoice.
Dont expect high quality videos. Videos quality is really low.
Since the new updates it's been a garbage app. You can't do observations as easy as it was in the beginning. You can't go into an individual child and see their portfolio without all the age groups pictures showing up. It doesn't make sense. Unfortunately, I can't delete the app because it's for work.
I am having an issue with receiving push notifications! Previous not ever an issue. Now I don't receive any automatic updates throughout the day.
This app has stopped loading. I'm on a new android and it will just freeze on the title screen.

Ridiculous that you'd have to pay a subscription for your child's high quality photos when we pay daycare fees.
From when i did the update the app is horrible. I have to close the application every time i do a new entry.. i use this app for my work but I'm very sorry.. before it was much better.

Himama worked perfectly. This new app freezes up continually and can't get into it to send important messages. Happens way too often. I also hate the new name. Why the change? It was great before. Not impressed.
