twice in a row now, app starts ride no problem then takes forever to load and end. App froze, i tried reloading, i couldn't even access the help to end ride for 4 minutes added to my journey. i couldn't leave the bike because of kids waiting to take it. App is getting slower and slower

caution this scamming company loves to over charge ur bank card whenever it feels like it even when u have a prepaid pass and time remaining they will still automatically charge your card for your ride without compensation you at all they continuesly tax ur bank cards and make the lamest of excuses for why they do it from policy to renewing a subscription that ain't even expired yet.. you pay for a service you don't even get and this why they are now being sued for fraudulent business practices

This app has been increasingly frustrating. One day the app automatically logged me out, today I keep getting an error message which does not show me where the bikes are nor does it let me start a ride. the update has caused this app to degrade. Additionally, the bikes sometimes trigger no go zones when I am clearly within the correct go zone. Their prices are not competitive and are higher than Dott. I'm a loyal user of lime but the issues with the app has been a deteriorating experience!
Charges you for rides that you didn't even use and will not refund your money , lime sucks.

changed the time you can have and cost more. apparently money is more important than customers.
There has been an unneccessary feature added that takes half the screen and can't be hidden. This is outright disrespectful UX design.
don't get this app use anyone else. installed while I was in Sydney not knowing once installed they block you from canceling the account and keep trying to charge me. I used it once paid canceling afterwards cause it sucked!!!! now they spam me about adding a new payment method 1 or 2 times daily this has been going on for a few weeks now.

Ok right up until you need help with something. Then they are worthless.
Customer service is non existent - auto refund or they just don't know whats up. when you must communicate w/ 'em, the outsourced peoples only have scripts to read you. Absolute garbage, even tho they have an excellent service - absolute garbage on following through.
I tried giving lime one more chance and I get on it to go to an appointment I get like six blocks away and literally everything of six blocks around from my area is in a red zone so now I have to use Lyft well lime sucks I don't see how the whole city is in a red zone but six blocks
I have had the worst experience with Lime and I don't think I will ever be using it again. I thought it would help me out when I was stranded last night 7 miles from home and 5 hours until the buses were running again. The map feature is so terrible I was unable to locate the scooter for almost an hour and then it was a block from where I was at the start of my search. they refuse to give me a price adjustment on a ride they overcharged me for! it is to a locate that I commute to daily and the price never exceeds 5 USD! and they charged me 19 bucks for it! they will gladly steal your money and not respond your numerous support request given in attempts to resolve in good faith. terrible!
I drive 0.3 miles and got the total was $3 and some change. I check my bank account and they charged $14. people if they charge you for more than what your end trip total was after locking up the shower just file a dispute with your bank. An proof will be screenshot of your charged total of end of trip.

Beware of the Hackney resident promotion! Even when the promotion is ticked in the wallet section of the app, it will not always work. You will only get refunded for the difference sometimes when you contact the Lime team and the standard fee is very expensive. The last time I reached out to the support team I was denied a refund despite being overcharged. The promotion should just work like the passes in that you pay £1.75 for a 25-minute pass whenever you need to in Hackney.
app logged me out. was difficult to log back in correctly. was overcharged. customer service refused to help me.
they've hidden the ability to buy credits in advance, they're immoral, I'll have to ensure I get my value by costing them in repairs. I sugguest you do the same

overall useful, but also super misleading in terms of a blue zone - where you can drive, and a blue dot - where you caneave the bike. also I got routed through more than 1km long red area -forbidden bike ride - to leave the bike
