new update is wrong, I don't understand why instead of displaying the proper registration it is full of *** they took a good app and made hot garbage my registration number is not 12***BC it's 1234ABC and should be displayed as is
buenas tardes. la aplicación no funciona correctamente desde la actualización, no muestra los datos, no muestra ciertos botones, a por aparecen campos y botones en blanco y no sabes lo que estás haciendo. para referencia: uso un Pixel 10

I have been with Linea Directa, 10+ years with a scooter insurance, then 5+ years with house insurance, no problem until YOU have a problem and need the insurance company to cover the money you have spent on them 15+ plus years.Finally I quit and will never again count on them or give them any penny. If they dont value long term customers its a bad sign. BYE FOREVER
No hay ninguna forma de entrar en contacto con vosotros desde la app. Nada de enseñar una lista con vuestros teléfonos de contacto. Ningún apartado de "Contáctanos". Da la impresión de que queréis evitar como sea esa obligación. Tengo que dar vueltas yo y averiguar los números de contacto por otros medios.
Los seguros son un timo. Pagar por la posibilidad de que suceda algo, pero cuando sucede escurren el bulto y te dejan tirado, a veces literalmente, en la carretera. Pésima atención, imposible contactar con nadie cuando los necesitas, podría seguir pero no quiero que me censuren por odio. Gracias supongo por abrirme los ojos
No funciona bien. Uso el app para llama una grúa una vez y después de una hora tuvo que llamar hablar con un agente. Resulta es tardó otra hora más para la grúa. También dice el app que mi coche está en el taller, después que un borracho se chocara con el. Vamos 40 días han transcurrido, el taller no me han dado cita y el coche sigue sin arreglarse, y aquí estas fuera de mi casa. Entre el app y los agentes, trabaja menos que los reyes magos
Mala experiencia con el seguro de hogar de lineadirecta. Ellos me cancela el seguro automatico para no pagar me un siniestro para una rotura de cristal con el razon que el piso es para alquiler vacancional....y tenia el seguro pagado de 3 años
Useless app. To be honest I was not expecting anything decent from Linea Directa. My experience with this company has always been painful. They never respond to email queries in a timely manner. Their 902 numbers are expensive and they are far too slow to respond. I needed an emergency repair last year but this company declined it despite the policy terms that said I was within my right to make such a claim. Their homeclaims department are trained to decline claims no matter what! AVOID LD!

Pesima gestion de la contraseña - de 6 a 8 caracteres unicamente, estándar de los años 90, enhorabuena. esto implica estar reseteando la contraseña contiuuunuamente tanto en la web como en la app
I really like the layout of the App, but whilst you can log an accident, it fails to upload images.
Absolutely useless. Asked for a first time password which was sent to my mobile and when I used it access was blocked and asked me to reestablish a password which was blocked again. Ive got better things to do.
Inutil no puedemos comunicarse con atencion de cliente gratis si Lo llamas tiene que esperar mucho y en lugar de resolver problema te hacen otras preguntas como me paso a mi lo llamo para preguntar el taller para cristal roto me esta consejando otras cosas

Contacto como?? Ya podrías poner métodos de contacto en la aplicación. Pq es un poco pobre, triste y limitada el usarla.
This company abandoned me by the roadside in 35c of heat without any water or mobile phone. They did not cancel my policies and refund my premiums. Please avoid.
Una aseguradora de las que no querrás tener cuando tengas un problema. S esto ocurre y tienes un problema con ellos, como seguro tendrás dos problemas al final.
Whats the point in having an App that doesn't allow you neither communicate with customer service nor place a report. Only way is calling 902 numbers (non free) and stay 19 min on hold with no answer. No good at all.
since the update of 30/07/19 this app is useless. i needed a grua. and it would not let me ask for one, i needed to call number on screen. called number on screen. automated voice said what do you need. i said "grua" .... it could not understand. so i got others who are Spanish to try. no luck. if your on the side if the autovía. dont use this app. i have been a customer for years but this app is making me look else where fir insurance. go back to the old app that worked.
Nearly useless, can't get any feedback and have spent 20 Euros being put on hold on their telephone line. Have been completely abandoned in my claims process, been almost three months and I will be forced to take my insurance company to court. AVOID LINEA DIRECTA AT ALL COST. WILL TURN OUT EXPENSIVE
No permite actualizar la cuenta bancaria de cargo de los recibos, que es lo que necesito hacer. Parece que solo se podrá hacer por teléfono (donde no se aseguran que seas tu)
Can't log in. It won't accept my customer ref and password. It just says "Check the entered details are right" in English. Tried emailing the Spanish developer, no reply. I was promised that I would be contacted by the developer by Direct Line UK but no, nada.
20 minutes on hold because I want to cancel insurance while paying premium call. No thanks, they won't have me as a customer anymore
When requesting password it can't generate one, says to call but no options to ask for a password

Dónde aparecen los teléfonos de atención al cliente.
Not required road assistance so can't comment. With regards to your policy you can only review. When renewal is due you can ask for amends or ask for call back or chat with an agent through this app, you need to go through their website and request a call back or call a 902 number yourself, which is a 5 minutes automatic questioning sytem until you finally get to an agent if there are any free. This app isn't any good when it comes to your policy or uploading docs, very disapointed.
