Paid 74.99 to renew my subscription for my granddaughter because she loves this game. I got her a tablet so she would have access to play the app to make the purchase worth it. My old subscription expired. I purchased the new subscription this morning, have tried all morning and day to get my account to renew. They took my money instantly but no one will help to solve my problem. 2 days later and still no help and no one willing to help just same responses then silence. Just want a refund please

bad my kid curses now
I have 2 issues with this app. 1) Today 4/24/2026, I downloaded the app and created the account on my phone for my 4 yr old. I signed up for the free trial and was charged right away. 2) I got charged the 15.99 yet my account is still showing up as the "basic" instead of "premium". Now am I going to get charged the 15 again in a week to supposedly start the "premium" content for my kid?
they tried to get payment even I not subscribe.. the apps I try for free trial, then eventually it's automatic reduce your money in my account SCAM avoid this apps they are scam

Upgrades should only be possible to purchase in the Parent Portal. My daughter just purchased the Annual subscription at a "Discount" without any prompting to ask the parent. The premium unlock for this app is predatory in nature, why have a parent section if the kids could just click click click and purchase without knowing.
