This app is of no use to me. i stumbled on the free trial via LinkedIn and was charged #98000 when my 3month free trial will end in January. i have to download it to drop a review.Can I get a refund, i don't mind been charged for a month and get my balance can't waste my hard earned money on a app that's of no value to me.
it's pretty bad, and im almost positive they're using AI for these reviews because they look fake. lists are awful, I connect with someone from my list, they dissappear, then reappear, then cycle that 10 times, taking people off randomly and adding them back. Dont know why they can't fix.

Setting up the two-factor authentication has been a painful, time-wasting process. On Android I’ve had to keep typing my password again and again just to set it up properly. Honestly, the second I find an alternative, I’m switching in a heartbeat-it’s a no-brainer.
What?! You messed it up with your update! It was just fine before. You two factor authentication doesn't work as intended and now I can't even get in!

Hello, I was recently charged ₦98,039.99 on July 4, 2025 for a LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core Monthly subscription. I did not realize this was an active subscription, and I had no intention of continuing it or using the subscription services. And the subscription was m ade without my consent. I have already canceled the subscription through my Google Play account to prevent future charges. Since I did not use the service this month and was unaware of the renewal, I am kindly requesting

complicated, not use friendly, U LOOSE ALL UR PROGRESS AND CHATS, when ur subscription end, wont even restore if u buy sales navigator again. START FROM ZERO. and TOOOO EXPENSIVE for a consistent subscription. search filters are not advanced.

This is ridiculous!! As I install the App it automatically opens a subscription page where I have to agree to pay R1,299 monthly, which I don't want and do not require the Premium version. Please can you adjust this so we can go directly to our page - many of us are unemployed and cannot afford additional costs.
Bad UI, poor value for the money. Everything takes too many clicks and steps, especially making lists. When you add a contact to a filtered list and then try to go back to the list, you start all over at the top. Basic testing should have caught this. So half baked.
Why do I need verification to use this service when you won't even allow me to verify? What kind of frustrating nonsense is This!
Tried to send a message (nothing to do with sales) on LinkedIn and got forced into a sales navigator subscription which is no use to me because I don't do sales. The app was of no use either because it wouldn't even start. Just sat there and spun it's wheels. One star because someone made an effort.

It has potential but very glitchy when clicking between LinkedIn main platform. also as I tend to work fast, it sometimes seems to trigger a flag and I get a message saying 'to much fast activity', check in again later - I get blocked from searching for a full day!
The UX is partially useless, better to use the web app with a smartphone. I really don't understand how you can offer such a mediocre app to your users paying very high subscription fees.
please update your app its frustrating that we are messaging clients and it keeps on starting again and again you are charging a good amount and you can't even operate a good app guys
I've been trying to pay for my subscription and it's been so difficult. and I have correspondences to follow up on. it's tiring.
There seems to be two versions of Navigator - this one that I've downloaded to my phone, and another that I can only reach via mobile web. This version is clunky and is missing features and functionality of the desktop version, notably the ability to view my Social Selling Index - there's no route in the menu to get to the SSI page. It's ok for very basic searching, but other than that I find i just wait to get to my laptop to use Navigator.
