A few months ago, this app chewed through 30% of my battery a day until I figured it out. I tried setting it to restrict background activity and left it. Last couple weeks, I noticed my battery hasn't been the same, checked again, what do I find? Linkt, 30% over 6 hours. Idk what crypto farming you're doing on my phone but this app is gone. Let me know if you fix it.

I'm able to update my password online but it never changes in the app and I haven't been able to login on the app despite multiple attempts.
The app doesn't let me log in; it shows a "something went wrong" message, but the website is working fine.
password is required what for l put the password in and you say it wrong why.

Eventually they just quietly fixed it and said nothing. Absolute disgrace and the epitome of greed.
they take money from the app and then still send you overdue notices after you've paid via the app after attributing all mailed notices.
shocking design and customer service. for a company that makes so much money you think they would invest in customer service and user design.

biggest scam on qld.. 5.78 each way everyday and you pay rego, pay road tax, pay gst, pay rates.. your tax money paid for the roads and your rego is meant to maintain them.. big scam
shocking app. can't add vehicles. the function has not worked for years. I keep telling them, never listen.

Downloaded the app, created an account, added my card details for payments and it tells me it's a $1.50 start up fee...ok no worries, then it asked me to log back in...except now when I try to log in it just says something went wrong and won't let me log in...worked fine when it was taking money from my account though 🙄
it has been updated and I can't manually add the funds myself and it forces me to add direct debit.
can't log into the app at all. it keeps saying my unsername and password is incorrect, I got to reset it with my phone number, email and even account number but the app says they cannot be found. however the website works fine. logged in no issues.
I have got a Linkt account and attached a tag to my windshield. I have so far gotten charged 3 times for travels I have never done and for video matching fees. Even though I have a tag attached.

Why do I need an app if everything I need to do I have to log in to the web site as well??? Stop sending me your promotions emails pop-ups etc. I have it turned off. App uninstalled.
I can't update my expired card, I get an error every time for both the new card with the old number and a totally different card. The website helpdesk was useless. This company is a disgrace. All this money hoarded from hard-working Aussies and you can't maintain a website or app.

We have 3 cars in the house hold all registered with their rego numbers and tags were attached.however we may not have attached it as they require, they have a condition written in very small letters written down in the statement that if the tag number is not matching with your rego you will be charged 0.75 cents everytime your car takes a trip through tolls.THIS WAY LINKT RIPPS OFF millions of road users including myself since I see this 0.75 statement sometime adds up to many many dollars.
Statements are not very clear at all. when you buy a weekend pass why does it not show on the statement and is completely confusing.

Absolutely pathetic service and Bot control contact system clearly designed to totally discourage complaints. Could even admit to overcharging and then could give me the courtesy of letting me know they had finely corrected their mistake and reversed their overcharge. it took more than 20 messages to fix a $6 overcharge. Really pathetic
The tag in the car is faulty and have been charged the video fee

My motorcycle was removed from the system without my knowledge. Ended up having an unpaid fine because of it.
As a visitor to Sydney I was shocked! It was an outrageously expensive trip into the CBD costing just short of $30. The return trip was via a toll-free route and was very similar travel time. The advantage of paying was non existent

no refund even though they know they double charged the same trips messaged them they act like not understanding and explain the same answer and asking me to certify my account details but I login with fingerprint to chat with them very greedy business you know what you pretended don't need to reply and sorry it's rubbish service

Every single trip is flagged as payment declined, even with ample funds available. Updating the card details or any personal details is met with error messages. A horrible user experience, efforts to pay are met with "contact bank" or errors. I will use your competitors apps, paying to use a road should not be this difficult.
useless app. my account type is apparently not good enough to use this app. haha
What's wrong with the app,i'm not able to see the reward section or read the messages,and keeps logging me out every time I close it.
There is a section for checking your tag. You go in and then just answer its questions. No real test. Useless
