I expected it to be easy, quick and totally free. it's none of those things. it's free up to a point. :( i can't hear anything & yes the sound is turned up on my device... no instructions or easy fix... you can see its making sound but can't hear anything. ai should be easy n simple but its not....
So it says it's for free but it's only free for 7 days and I'm not dealing with all that hassle. I feel like it was a bait and switch. got all my information just to lie about it being free.

It has not my language. 50 lei per month - expensive.
I was charged for a subscription after the 7-day free trial, even though I did not intend to continue. I only signed up to test the service, and the payment was automatically deducted from my GCash account before I could cancel. I hope my case can be reviewed and a refund considered since the charge was unintentional and I have not used the service beyond the trial. Clearer reminders before billing would also help prevent this in the future. Thank you.

I've had this app for a while. i bought the pro package, and I'm supposed to have unlimited listening. but now the app is saying I've reached my limit. would be a 5 star. If I didn't feel cheated
it did not read the text to me it read something like it but not the actual text
Awful, signed up until I tried it and it is awful and does not work. want my money back and to please cancel subscription, like i requested...I thought I did the other day right after I signed up but it is still there.

i paid for the membership for a year, and the app always freezing, not working, i have been trying for a month, same problem, i even download all files, make it offline to use and the app takes forever to load
I paid for a 1-year premium subscription expecting full access, but the app still limits exports with long reset times. Even after not using it for months, the limits didn’t reset in a meaningful way. It makes the “yearly premium” feel misleading because you’re not actually getting consistent access. If there are strict usage limits, this should be clearly explained before purchase. Right now, it feels like I paid for something I can barely use.
Anti-reading ai slop. If you need help reading, ask the people closest to you instead of outsourcing thought to a robot. If you read this, ou deserve the connection opportunity with another person and to learn, and build, your reading skillset. Build yourself up and become a stronger reader, the work is worthwhile in a way that this easy solution isn't!

scam: didn't let me listen before paying
I'm not a fan of apps that ask you to sign up or subscribe and then you cannot find the unsubscribe button. I have no idea how to stop this subscription, but when I find it, I'm going to unsubscribe. There should be no app that doesn't have an easy subscribe or unsubscribe button whenever you're no longer using it or don't find it relevant.
Only lets you do 2 files and then you have to pay. it's extremely messy it completely scanned all my documents wrong and then wouldn't allow me to try again because I only had two tries.
This is not a bad app. A bad app is an app performing a task badly, Listen AI does not perform save for making the user pull their hair out. This app is most likely put together by a person or persons who don't read and listen less. Takes multiple attempts to load a file with only kilo bytes of magnitude. It is simply easier to quit books altogether than try to listen using this highway robbery. And please ignore the star and keep your money.

I'll give it a start because it does read what I need it to. The podcast feature is interesting and I think I'll have fun with that. However, the main reason I downloaded this app was because it advertised voice cloning. I searched the app and the different sections and even checked the faq, but I can't find the voice clining feature. I deleted and re-downloaded the app to see if that fixed it, but it's still not there. I want to know why it was removed and why it is still being advertised.

I enjoyed using this app, so I subscribed for a year. It was well worth it to me for what I need for. However, I didn't realise that I had a limited number of listens per week. So much for unlimited listening experience. I was very annoyed and disappointed. I would not have subscribed to this app knowing that was the case.
