Fairly useless app? Cant use it for anything really. Cant look through menus/foods etc & cant put through an order. Any tasks are redirected to web browser link so what is the point of this app?

Not a user friendly app, limited functionality. Customer service is also lacking and they aren't accountable for poor experiences, I've given feedback twice about my orders being delivered but no notifications being sent to me.. I received one reply full of excuses and no actual resolution. The food portions are also small for the cost.
to hard to navigate
For some reason, I was unable to order desserts from the app.
As soon as I put in login details it asks to select which person in the household then it just closes - can't even actually select the person
will NOT accept any password I put YES I am following the instructions nothing I put in works it's almost as if you don't want people to use your program I wanted to join up for convenience mostly starting to think going somewhere else thanks for NOTHING Lite n Easy!!

Terrible app - reset password fails. I reset several times but temporary password doesn't work. What a load of garbage. I was going to order from Lite n Easy but not now. I'll find another supplier.
well trying to lohon from Thailand to order meals for my 96 year old mother. can't be done even though the company days you can do from overseas. it's a joke of an app
keeps shutting down
This app is extremely limiting inregards to using multiple payment methods within the same account for other family members. Am also unable to access my mum's account on the same app to assist her with her meal choices. Lite n Easy need to advance this app to suit the changing needs of families and especially caring for seniors. The password checker at the site won't allow symbols or a decent phrase length either, this is poor cyber security. On the plus side the meals are awesome.
everytime I try to place an order I get a message that my tab has crashed and to reload its driving me crazy today. difficult enough at the best of times I do not find this an easy site for a non tech savvy oldie!!!
A useless app that needs a serious overall. I've just installed the latest app and there are messages in it that are 2 years old and I can't delete them. There are things in the app that don't seem to have any purpose. Truely, this is a waste of time.
Not user friendly, scanned for competition but doesn't work I've had a few orders with food out of date or off.. Get charged $15 for living rural Very expensive Last few orders had protein shake missing Not happy
First order came up in the app and rated the meals as I had them, found this was great so I could keep track of what I did or didn't like and haven't had it show up since. Contacted through email and was told have to order through online account for the daily meals to show up, which I do and still doesn't show the order. Most of the meals are great but the app is a waste of time when you can't see all the meals you order in the past.
Hate new update. Can't look back on my weeks meals. Previous version was better
I can't upload progress photos even though my phone's settings allow this. Is this a known issue? I get an error message. You should also be able to type weight and measurements without using the scroll feature. You should be able to favourite meals you enjoyed, in addition to the rating feature. The delivery tracking feature should be incorporated into the app. Overall, I dont think this apps functionalities are keeping up with other similar apps. The current customer experience as poor.
ok for ordering your meals, but stubby bother attempting to track your photos, it continually gives errors on Android app. I have notified them but 12 months later they still haven't fixed it!
