I cannot make orders in Puerto Rico, the app doesn't even recognize Puerto Rico even exit even the places there, so in app I cannot make a report cause it make me choose the building that the app cannot find itnfornsome reason and adding the address for delivery says there is none nearby despite being one like 5 min away from selected destinations. currently im forced to drive there. if there is a version of this app that focuses on Puerto Rico let me know to change it or update this app.

I signed up, set a valid password, got the confirmation email and when i try to sign in, i get "Authentication not available". This app is a piece of dump.
I still haven't received my refund for an order I haven't received back in March 2026 so I will never do delivery only pick up from now on. had this posted for over a month now and still no one has gotten in contact with me

did not receive the right pizza
i try to give everything a few tries but this app needs help. the food is great, but every order ive placed has had something missing. todays order 3/5 never came and the help line gives you only 15% back. dont use. scam.

I use this app for years but they made me update it and it made me reenter all my information it did even keep the store that I go to every week. it also no longer takes Google pay and it would not take my card info as soon as I got to the last entry it cleared everything , like 5 times before I gave up. if you can't afford to put out a real app don't bother having an app!
I had ordered 2 Pizzas and two 2 liter sodas, but the delivery driver never delivered my food. I stood waiting at the front door and received a notification saying that it was delivered even though no one was there. I called the support but never got the refund email.Then I ordered Domino's and they got my order wrong. I guess Im done ordering food. I'll eat the disgusting genetically modified food I have to order on Amazon Fresh at home.
until you make the stromboli customizable, like every other item on the app, it deserves a negative rating. the app is worthless to me until then because I have to call to get one made right.

the "more for $10.99" option has been broken since it came out. i just updated the app and it's still broken. how incompetent can the developers be that it actively loses the company money from people who would have spent money on the deal?
updated the app and now you can't pay in cash. I can't even save an order. my local store never has the same staff. you'd be crazy to trust them with a credit card. App uninstalled. never going to Little Caesars again
App does not work when adding a new CC
"sorry there's not enough time to deliver today" when scheduling a future order, just glitches all the time and I end up ordering somewhere else
Either I am blind or there is no way to modify a pizza. I am one that prefers light sauce (less than half of what is put on there). Without this, I cannot order through the app as I cannot eat pizza with the full amount of sauce on it.

SUCKS! DOESN'T WORK! Apparently you can't call and order a pretzel pizza anymore but you can order it through the app. It's been 6 days of logging in and out and even created a new account and the app doesn't work. Says call the store to place order. When I did they said that I have to use app. Update: Please add PC option to your app if you're going to charge extra at pick up.

this is a outstanding app it's the service I went to my hometown in Stanton ky I order a 3 meats and a stuffed pretzel cheese pizza which came with bread sticks and the order another bread sticks with 4 garlic butter well needless to say the pizza sucked it was soggy and wasn't all the way cooked it was nasty the worse I ever had from little Caesars everI'm really thinking of not going back to little Caesars I wasted almost 30 bucks which I really didn't have but me and my people had to have so
extremely pissed off after realizing from 4 different stores that NONE of the online order "tips" have been going to any of the employees, illitch has just been pocketing the money while only paying his workers $10-12 an hour in this economy, absolutely inhumane considering how hard they work truly

Very slow, won't allow me to login. It ordered more food after I placed an order, doubling the cost of meal. Employees told me nothing can be done.
Got blocked for no reason
I had placed an order on 4/19/2026 through the little Caesars app. the door dash driver that was supposed to pick it up cancelled the order. I contacted Little Caesars and they started the refund process. Today I received a phone call from my local Little Caesars from someone claiming to be the general manager saying that I could call anytime to reschedule the order and that it would be free. when I called back I was told it was an employee playing games. location is 613 luzerne st. Scranton, PA
can we get a doneness feature its dumb to pay extra for a well done request
One of the most unreliable apps I've used in terms of obtaining and using deals and coupons. The app can't even do basic math to apply accurate percentage reductions half of the time, and it often fails to add a coupon altogether even while fulfilling the terms and requirements. I also loathe the fact that store employees can seemingly do nothing to correct any errors within the app. The only reason this isn't a one-star review is because it's more convenient for placing orders.
what a miserable app
my pizza wasn't cut right and everything was greasy
app is easy too use but my deals tab or challenges tab never shows anything. my coupons are gone. I hope they fix this issue
