This location is terrible. I haven't been there in many years because it was always so bad, and it hasn't changed. I arrived at the anticipated pickup time, and they hadn't even started it yet, and there were no customers there - just 2 girls playing on their phones and keeping their chairs from floating away, and one guy actually working. The lobby is nasty also. There is a layer of fur on the A/C returns that must be a quarter inch thick. I won't be back to that one ever.

I had the old APP and used without issue (with my credit card). Got a message to update the APP. Too hard I'm outa here.
The person working there was absolutely rude. I waited almost 5 minutes for her to even acknowledge I was standing there, then she came to the counter barking at me like I was bothering her. Then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't make part of my online order and would have nothing else available (hot n ready) for at least half an hour. She was so rude about it I canceled my order, something I would never do otherwise.

the nutritional info is worthless, it just links you to a spreadsheet with tiny text. every other major restaurant app has nutritional info for the dish you order displayed with that dish. it would take 2 seconds to vibe code a solution. Also bring back "just stix"
The app is up front about prices, that's good. But it's not clear about when last orders can be placed (30m before closing, I think), or about promos expiring. A recent Mix N Match promo is still being advertised in the app at the time of this review, and has an ordering option. But when I tried to check out (after it tried to foist more items on me) it said the promo had expired. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. EDIT: the website works better than the app for applying promos.
removed option to order and pay "in store" from app/web. if the point was inconvenience, then 5 stars 🤦
The one employee at the sidney ohio location just talked down to and degraded the other employee for simply forgetting to hand me my other pizza completely uncalled for simple mistake easily corrected and she be little him in front of everyone
I just don't like this pizza anymore. I used the special they had with Amazon prime to get a $5 classic pizza to give them a second chance and YUCK! I guess since it's the classic they just don't care because this shouldn't even be called a pizza with the amount of spots without cheese on it.

order was 30 mins past the promised time...employee's where cursing while my child was waiting on the lobby with me for our food blaring music...never ordering again!
we didn't get multiple items we paid for. Very disappointed. We typically love little ceasaes... after this not so much.
I worked for Little Caesars when they opened this location and helped with the launch. I know the quality of employees has gone down these days but this location is just really struggling. they have been for the last 2 years at least. it's regulary a wait of an hour at minimum. even when your order is placed online with the portal or just coming in for a Hot and Ready. I always tell people this is the best career I had as a GM. but now thats embarrassing to say. someone needs to do better.
Really little Caesars? Hooking up with Amazon to try and get people to sign up for prime? For a $5 pizza? I can't believe that you thought this was smart.
provided incorrect Pizzas
I had to take our pizza back to the store because there was hardly any cheese on our pizza and it was very dry plus when I went into the store to get my pizza from the portal it was not there. I was very discouraged and I am not sure if we will be ordering our pizzas from Lil Ceasars anymore.
Ordered crazy bread and sauce. Both sauce containers were only a quarter way full. Detroit style pizza and it was literally just bread and a few pieces of pepperoni. Very disappointed!!
promo codes never work
they screwed me over. I put in a future order for delivery so doordashers went before the store opened and canceled my order got the run around and won't get a refund for 16 days.
hire new employees pizza wasn't even done well. take so long to take care of customers as well

I want to cancel my subscription
I just got this app today and tried to use for the first time. I made an order and everything was going fine, but when my driver went to go pick up the order, it wasn't in the system. I had to contact the support and my order had to be cancelled. Have to wait over 2 weeks for a refund. App just doesn't work.
deliver late, leave the pizzas at the main door of the building without call or text
Had for the most part a good experience but when it comes to canceling an order that is placed regardless of how early the attempt was made to try to cancel. There is no cancel order option and when calling the store itself no one answers after waiting for at least 10 minutes. Honestly disappointed with this app and service.

I received my order but didn't received my 2liter mau ntdew she said that she just press a code and receives what she is supposed to deliver but it was clear on the receipt showed the whole order with the 2 liter so I had to give water to my 3 daughter cause someone didn't know how to do their job
I received my order and I did not get pepperoni on my mushroom and pepperoni pizza
New trainee apparently did something wrong so the pizza was made incorrectly. no big deal, but the pizza they gave us was barely browned on the crust and they didn't offer anything for the extra time I sat waiting (not even the wrongly made pizza they just threw away.) Frustrating experience
Can't modify pizza on the app and it is hard to apply any discounts/deals.
