I was charged $39.99 even though I have only ever used the free version. Make it make sense.
This app has potential, but to make us go through all these options and hit us with a bill for only 7 day trial is just dumb. I'll never understand why ppl do this. There's much better ways to make money from ppl using your app.

All my data was lost due to an issue on their end and my account wasnt recovered. So the last two years of tracking data is gone. Super frustrating experience.

I was thoroughly enjoyed this app until suddenly without warning without notification, everything was put behind a paywall. it was very misleading. I had this app for a very long time and all of a sudden I logged in later in the month and now I can't see anything. it's telling me to update but when I update nothing pops up so I'm just going to uninstall.
the app keeps saying it needs a glow up, i.e. download the update. The problem is the app is updated, it just keeps bringing me to that screen every time I open it, even after force quitting and clearing cache. I want to keep in touch with what is going on with my partner without having to uninstall, reinstall, and then get a new pairing code. This is just frustrating
I would love to back this up but I can't get past the sign in. I've deleted and reinstalled. it says it has updates when it doesn't. Terrible buggy app. wish I got to see anything further than the squiggly line.
I would leave zero stars if I could. I paid for this app and it will not work anymore. I cannot even access my information. waste of your money.
this app sucks. cute UI but the actual cycle tracking functions are garbage, and the AI is so limited for data analysis. maybe this app is okay if you have consistent cycles, but I don't so it's not helpful. I wanted to like it and even paid for a month of premium, but I just can't get past it telling me my next cycle would start in 26 days after I logged ovulation - no luteal phase is that long!! waste of money
unfortunately this app is paid only. Only 7 days free which i don't think is enough time to see if I'd get use of it. no free version at all

I thought I'd be able to use it for free after reading through lots of reviews. I got excited to give it a try...but alas, yet another app with false promises and only a 7 day free trial before having to pay. No free option. I'm not interested in paying.
the UI itself is really soothing and i think this can help me. the home page is not too overwhelming. i hope my review can stay the same after month of using this

False advertising. I signed up for the 7 day free trial. The very next day I decided this app did not meet my needs so I cancelled it and expected a full refund. I did not get a refund automatically so I contacted their support chat. The representative stated that because I signed up during a special deal offer, the 7 day free trial was not in place. This information was not provided when I signed up for the free trial.

won't update mode. I've contacted them and all I get is delete and reinstall. I've done that several times and even tried a different phone. nothing is helping.

only a free trial is available for 7 days then you have to pay. there are no free consistent options even for cycle tracking
You put in your information and than they tell you that its free for now but than you have to pay. I thought the app was free over all, so I deleted it.
liked it until they tried to shove premium down my throat and had an ai assistant. Incredibly disappointed.
