Accidental subscription charge. I contacted support immediately after the payment and before using the app. I have not used the service at all-not even the trial features-yet days have passed without a refund. They only cancelled future renewals while keeping the amount already charged, despite being informed immediately that the purchase was accidental. This has been a very frustrating experience. I have been emailing. PL see this immediately.

After a few minutes of investigation I found that my subscription was renewed without any prior notice and when I contacted the support and asked for refund they said you refund request is not approved because you just can ask for refund for you inital payment. It just looks like scam...

One of the worst apps. They initially will give a discount for registering the plan, and then charge with all these hidden costs that frustrate you more than the app has to help you. They don't even have a cancel option to cancel these hidden costs.
don't install even for a minute they will steal your money. and when you request a refund for an unused service they will decline
1) They will try to extend your trial subscription for a lot of money without warning you! 2) I tried it for a week. The app does not have appealing interface that you would like to return to. The problems that it addresses are very rudimentary and might, that is my impression, only be useful if you are absolutely worn down.
I tried the app and decided it wasn't for me. then they started to charge me £49.99 pretty month with no ongoing communication even though I had uninstalled the app. trying to get a refund but they are not being helpful
Got ripped off. Beware. I tried this app and used it a few times. Mildly interesting, but didn't really look again. Paid about 40 Aus. 3 months pass and with no warning a 122 Aus bill appears via PayPal. Apparently I had subscribed and the discounted period was over. Given I hadn't opened the App in months a genuine business might think 'maybe this guy isn't using our service, and we should ask him whether he wants to extend' but no. Lucky I still had the App so I could cancel.
I canceled after 1 month of use and they charged me again any way. fighting them now ro get my money back.
You don't always need a paid subscription for basic functions. You app requested for money even before I started. Why waste my time first getting to me ? I've un-installed your app.
I used 2 hours approximately just scrolling clicking nothing change in my mind. kindly update with better things not just this speech people only use this for understanding what's wrong doing in there routine to update her lifestyle but you are just wasting timeonly collecting datas from them to understand instead of giving solution you give nothing only take datas and profit. kindly help people to help yourself Better.
The app provides you publicly available information in app. Not worth for money. Second they lure you into 90day plan and after expiry of plan without intimating you start subscription by charging to your card. So be aware of this before buying the app. If you cncl subsc they do not refund The Google rating for this app is 4.5 but seems that it's rigged. 440 review and 4.5 rating but if you closely look at rating most user have rated 1 2 stars. So do not go by Google rating they are misleading.
repetitive
After using for 26 day, my conclusion is this is an incomplete app which overpromises and underdelivers. There are updates almost every day which is irritating. Once I finish the first set of 30 mini-lessons in my Journey, the app is stucked and doesn't continue on to another journey or go deeper. The app just keeps repeating the last lesson. I have written to support and attached screenshots as requested but this problem has not been not rectified. I regret my 1 year subscription.

Seriously, the payment process was a total mess. I was so surprised when the money was just gone from my account. There wasn't even a heads-up that a payment was coming out. No reminder, no notification, nothing. It felt like it just happened out of nowhere. Definitely a bad experience overall. I tried to get a refund on something, and they shut me down.

I wish I had read the reviews b4 purchasing. Getting action in refunding subscription even though you cancel within the timeframe is not transparent. They also don't send any notification of cancellation with the extras, is just poor service. The "added extras" are charges that are extremly expensive. Coaching that you have days in waiting for a response is also a waste of time. It is a shame because the education part is really good. Scam
Feels Like A Scam , Directly Asking For Debit Card Number And Purchase.
I thought I was purchasing a 1 time 4 week plan. Turns out I purchased a monthly subscription. Their billing practices are not transparent! Also, the app spent the first 2 weeks of my "plan" info dumping with no actionable steps. If all I wanted to do was journal and write my feelings I'd buy a journal. IMO this is a scam and a waste of money!
When I did a few days of the exercise, it just told me to go see a counselor. It did not better my life in the least, as the ads suggested. Don't waste your money it's a rip off
This is a scam. I forgot to unsubscribe after a trial I didn't use and so the one month is on me but I cancelled for June and they are still charging me. AFTER I cancelled. I'm livid.

I used this app and quickly discovered it did not deliver on expectations. Generic responses not tailored to individual needs. Auto renews and they will not refund. Look after your mental health and well-being and steer clear of this app. Very disappointing customer experience.

I used this service for 3 weeks, but their app has errors that make it impractical to continue. I wanted to upgrade to the lifetime subscription but they don't have the option to do that. You have to cancel your subscription, wait for the time to run out, then start all of the assessments over and then choose your new billing cycle. Also the app needs updates every day, which takes more time. That is really poor planning for the system. I will not be upgrading or continuing the subscription.
I had never use your product, goods or services but still you are charging my account since January without my authorization . Kindly refund my payment and cancel whatever you have my name and info under. I hope I dont need to take this further to reclaim my loss here. Absolute scam in my experience. Be very careful with subscription conditions.
Do not subscribe to their services!! I was charged without consent and for a plan that I was not even subscribed. Then when I asked to be refunded I got only half of the amount. I send emails and haven't heard back from them. This is an app that claims that can help you to improve mental well-being and then they deliver the worst service. They don't want to help you, they just want your money and data
