The practices and ideals behind this app are decent, but the marketing model is essentially predatory towards the demographic it purports to help (ADHD, people who will sign up up, forget and accidentally pay €60 for something they didn't use) that it undermines the purpose. It's an absolute trap. The business wants you to sign up for a free month, then forget and pay for three, at quite a high cost. And the target audience is especially vulnerable to this, which undermines any good it may do.
I am sad to have to change my review of this app to 1 star. it is gimmicky, doesn't personalize anything, and the service chat is glitchy and doesn't work properly. even better yet when. I explained what happened the agent made sure to let me know it was my fault their program doesn't work correctly. guess we'll see if I get the refund I was promised. but I am not holding my breath.

Not as advertised. Almost no content, but frequent upsell attempts. No refund when requested. SCAM best describes this one. UPDATE: Liven emailed me asking for more detail which I gave them and they responded by giving me a full refund.
4 days after I unsubscribed, they charged me $38.95 out of nowhere. They even had sent me a "sorry to see you go" email when I unsubscribed. Through support chat, after a 10 minute wait to connect to an agent, they claimed to have cancelled my (already cancelled) subscription and that I would receive my refund in 5-7 days. No accompanying email reflecting a status change or refund. I have a bad feeling about this.
The same program is available on other apps for free. $50/year for a whole lot of the same old repetitive self help jargon that is free for those in need else where. You tricked me Liven! Consumers try the free version of Finch for self-care and productivity. All this literature on childhood trauma etc is available online for free. Copycat programming.

support is not good, it's AI, I paid for a trial membership & when I opened the app it asked for payment again. I contacted support & it hung up three times after AI kept repeating itself & would not help me
Unable to use and froze after 1 day. conveniently couldnt cancel or even open during trial period. Now I'm charged $40. which I might have spent if I liked it. Now I'll never know. What a scam
doesn't match what it advertises, cancelation is hundred steps of saying no, no renewal reminders after pause, looks like earning model is to fool people into test and then charge them if they forget to cancel. didn't see any value.
Ghost subscription trap. Stay away from this app. It's built for "neurodivergent audience" counting on them missing the sudden £50 monthly charges. Shame on you, Liven!

after i was charged, I was asked to pay another transaction. I cannot even access / start the service . I would like to get the refund. where did my payment go? I need some help!
this is junk very generic and the billing is predatory they don't let you cancel and keep your remaining access if you want to stop the billing cycle you lose it immediately

Do not sign up for this app or pay initial fee! Without clear communication, you are subscribed for monthly payments even after searching for this information! App content is generic and not tailored. Its rubbish.
don't see this help me at all 😔
i have signed up for trial in dec 2025 but cancel the subscription a few minutes later because i do not want the auto renew to charge without my knowledge. It was mentioned that even though we cancelled the subscription, we are still able to access until the last day of the trial subscription. Now in April 2026, I am being charged a trial subscription which i didn't sign up for, i went in to cancel it again. i went to the support team, they said i paused the subscription where there is no pause.
After requesting twice my subscription be stopped they keep on deducting.
not a bloody clue how it works all i did was answered questions did not get to read last part where i think i was to listen to something but it skipped past and said i completed a goal and you cant go back🤦♀️. would not recommend
It's a maze you can only ride on, you cannot control the direction you go, until you participate in multiple sections of reading or selecting your mood.

this is a scam. after completing several questionnaires it took me to a screen and prompted me to pay more to talk to a live person. there is no way to bypass this screen without clicking "try it" or whatever the app says, and even when I close the app and reopen it, it reopens to this screen. despite PAYING for this app, I cannot use it unless I pay more? nope. cancelling.
not worth it
stop debating my account. I didn't not subscribe for continuous use. why are there multiple debit deductions on my account. the app is inactive requiring an update and only used it for a week. really not worth a try or the amount.
had to click through 15 screens just to get to subscription management to cancel it. quite a sneaky app for charging money and making it hard to cancel
not for me. I actually found this stressful. no home page or dashboard to navigate. Throws you in to reading all about adhd...no thanks, I've already done the reading on my own. Next they force a "free" session with a therapist on you to guide you to pay for therapy. Can't get out of that forced reading and therapy to do anything other than get guided to spend more $$.
I absolutely hate this app. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get to the main home page to cancel my subscription. I feel like I'm trapped in a loop of hell. Do not do it!
Dishonest and predatory company and app. I tried the trial and never was once made aware that they subscribed me to it. Now I have been charged twice $53.48 and now $122.55. Absolutely appalling. I would like my money to be refunded asap!

This app is in contradiction to what is appetized on social media. It is almost impossible to locate your tasks when these should be upfront& center for an ADHD app. There is no way to organize what features in the app a party for you, and so you have to scroll through or click through multiple things that might not be relevant to what you are trying to do. Would not recommend.

Cancelled after the initial trial but charged for 6 months. Only partially refunded, still awaiting remaining refund. This is poor customer service, especially for an app that is meant to help, not harm. SCAM.

Waste of money and time! Stupidly I paid for the initial trial and lost interest in the first 3 days. 3 months later they deducted $122 from my account. My fault I didn't cancel the subscription before the 3 months.

Seemed promising, but like all other "Self-care" bloat that goes around - this one is no different. Answer all these questions, yadda yadda yadda, then plan processes, and boom *paywall* For some people they may forget to cancel after the free-trial and that's exactly what these platforms want. How about let people try the entire plan, get a taste for it, and then hit them with a paywall. I havent even seen said "plan" yet. This is predatory, ridiculous.
