Too grindy and the events are way too frequent. Impossible to catch up on anything unless we pay thousands of dollars. Honestly I'm disappointed that a game this adorable also turned this way... and that the devs constantly ignore the people who complains about it and only listen to the players once in an eternity. Maybe it's a way to make us stop wasting our lives with games?
It's a gatcha game, so gambling. The prices are far too high, even though it's all very cute. Don't put any money/gold into the extra events, they're only good in Japan (and they hide that in the fine print). Considering the state of gaming, at least you know this one is designed to take your money, happily you can play this one without feeding that greed.
Today I got a notification that all the money I had poured into this week long "lotto" game was for nothing because I am in the USA. This is only AFTER they ran it for a week without telling anyone they were cheating their American players.
Did not even get beyond the loading screen. I really would like to play this game, and it looks so cute, but this is my second time in a year trying to download it with no luck getting beyond the start screen.
Cheap and greedy dev's
Edit from 4 stars to 1: Normally this game is amazing, but I have to say support staff is lacking - to put it politely. Made a rather large purchase that I did not receive and their staff only utilized canned responses and offered no help or support. Resorted to a charge back, and will no longer support the game. The greed of the devs is crazy, and you see how bad it is the more you play. It's a shame, as it has so much potential and is truly a fun and adorable game.

They're pushing limited events at a far faster pace than before, reducing the amount of free currency given, and now the generateLAB event was just a cash grab with under 5% chance to duplicate ANY item. Very disappointing.
Adding on to others who said that the genlab event is a blatant cash grab, it is also clear that Cocone is becoming more and more greedy as time passes. Rewards have been decreasing (e.g. last festive event gave more GP than the recent one) while the events have been going back to back. It has not been a great time for players who don't spend or spend minimally.
I spent 2,000 coins to get my final parts for my home. And out of the 2,000 coins I didn't receive one thing. I'm very disappointed about it .It cost alot of money to get coins. it should be better than that. 😪
Livly has been releasing events that make it harder to trade and had been pushing many pricey events that made it hard to participate in everything with what little currency you can freely make. The latest event asks for enormous amounts of dd and gp while offering the equivalent of nothing or something like a 1% chance of a cloned item, that is actually useless without a second clone. An actual scam that they have not addressed or apologized for. I do not see a promising future here in Livly.
I enjoyed the game when I started, but I've been playing over a year now and it's been steadily downhill. I guess every game dies eventually but this one was sad and painful to watch.
Disappointed would be an understatement, following the launch of the GenLab. The event is a complete money grab and has ruined the fun surrounding the game. So scammy
I don't know what that Alchemy event was, but it's really changed the way players interact in gifting and trading items, as well as general satisfaction! Us Homs are all waiting for a statement Cocone. I will not be making any purchases until then.

I just started the game and upon completing the tutorial, I got a message saying "invalid parameters" followed by a message that my account had been suspended. I'm not sure what could have caused this, all I did was follow through the game's tutorial. There doesn't seem to be a way to receive assistance through the app or create a new account.

I wonder what happened, I remember it's was 4.8 why it down to 4.1
It has cute designs, but there's not much actual game to play. You find yourself in a cycle of just checking in to do the same thing over and over for a few minutes and then closing it bc there's nothing else to do. There's a social aspect and a park that you can "walk" through, but you can't actually do anything there but select emotes that don't have animations for your avatar.
Yesterday, it was ok. The past 3 days, it is not. Today, it broke down again. I'm tired of this notification error. I can't open the game again. What's going on?

My account was finally restored. I still feel customer support needs to be worked on along with communication from them to English speaking customer. Also instructions and the rules need to be made more clear.
While I love the game and aesthetic, this new /generatelab event is a huge money grab. They even reduced the DD price due to complaints and it's still ridiculous. even paying coin the odds are absurd, you need 10 shards to get a N ticket even though the shards are rare. I also learned you can't even trade the alchemical dupes unless you have two! Pointless event, unclear about odds and payoff. I will cancel my GLL subscription if it keeps going this way.
