After charging the amount, the tank was installed on the same day. However, once the tank started filling, it began leaking. When we contacted the service center, they assigned a technician, but there was no response despite multiple calls. Later, I received a message stating that the service was completed and the case was closed. Pathetic service - they are just looting customers.

worst experience with Livpure rental. My RO stopped working I raised the ticket. Their customer support is really dull they can not even arrange a service engineer visit. Whenever contacted they just assure that visit will be arranged however no one visited. I'm experiencing difficulty for last one month. paying rent of RO still forced to buy water bottles from outside.
Worst Experience - Livpure Rental. Been there customer for over a year now, they will disconnect your subscription within the time of recharge expiry date but for last 6 days I have raised a service ticket, no one called or came for servicing the RO. I am getting charged for rental but buying Bisleri water bottles from outside. The RO isn't working and all the support team has to say is we are sorry our team is working on it. STOP CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS.SHAMEFUL LIVPURE. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
There is Zero rating to give. Worst service experience ever. I raised a service request on April 20, and today is May 8, yet the issue is still not resolved. Even after multiple follow-ups through emails and chats continuously, there has been no proper response or resolution. I have taken a 1 year subcription even there is no proper responce and they are refund policy if we want to cancel the subcription This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The worst company, raised request for reinstallation from last 8 days, no technician is coming
It works properly only for the first 3-4 months, but after that the filtration becomes extremely slow and the machine starts causing frequent issues. We don’t even get 7-8 liters of water in 24 hours. Customer service is also very disappointing - responses are delayed, and even when a technician visits, the problem is usually not resolved properly. Overall, a very frustrating experience and poor after-sales service. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would definitely give that instead.
third class never recommend to any one worst services
You don’t have a proper system for delivery or installation time calculations, which creates a very bad experience for customers. Every time, customer care only apologizes, but no one has proper information or updates. Honestly, all the people I interacted with - customer care, delivery staff, and installers - were polite and helpful. The real issue is that the company system and coordination are not managed properly.

Worst service provider. My ro machine was delivered on 23 April but till 7 may installation not done. I call many time. Every time they told me to wait for today. But installation not done. Thinking of cancle the subscriptions. Don't go for live pure.even I told him that I want to talk to your senior person but all in vain.
