I kindly warn everyone who is reading this review to not buy or rent Livpure RO. The service they provide is really bad. My rental RO (Livpure Smart) is not working for more than 2 weeks, I had repeatedly called their helpline number but still no technician has reported. They will say that a technician will reach out in 24-48 hrs but please don't trust them. I am really regretting my decision to rent it.
बहुत ही खराब सर्विस है, जब तक पेमेंट न करो बार बार फोन करते है और जैसे ही पेमेंट हो जाती है, एक बार भी फोन नहीं उठाते, installation के लिए नहीं आते, RO बुक करते है ये बोल कर 4 घंटे में Install हो जायेगा। लेकिन आज 3rd Day है और कोई उम्मीद नहीं है आज भी, froud Company

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It has been almost one month, and every time I am told that an engineer will visit, but no one ever comes. It feels like they are just taking money from the customer without providing any service. Is this really mentioned in their policy? Every day I am assured that the engineer will come "today," but it has now been nearly a month.
Worst experience and very bad service. Firstly, they promised that they would install a new RO but installed an old, used one. First few months it worked properly, but later I observed some insects and green algae in the water. After raising complaints, we need to follow up several times; then the service man will show up.After cleaning the machine again and again, the same issue and poor water quality were observed. After cancellation, it took two months to refund and collect the machine. SCAM
Fraud Livpure, Avoid taking their rental RO service, Customer care is very pathetic, Issue not resolved after 2 weeks also and not provided refund as well, they will close the service request from backend without your confirmation. don't even inquire about it in their call or chat because they will first torture you with continue calls and later if you pick their call then you will get to meet worst customer service or lead generation ever. who will put in you a forceful situation and extremely rude or egoistic people they have hired I guess
more than 48 hours passed since delivery of RO NO INSTALLATION DONE NO CALL. BOOKED ON FRIDAY IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN FOR DAYS. pathetic service yet not installed
I do not recommend this to anyone. The service is very poor, and there is no proper customer support team to speak with when issues arise with the Livpure machine. Even worse, the technician closes the service tickets without resolving the problem. Please do not choose this service.
I have raised a request for re-installation in my new address and have had multiple calls with the customer service team. They keep repeating the same sentence asking to wait for sometime while the issue is being escalated. The team is totally careless and starts speaking rudely when asked for a definite timeline for resolution.
⭐ 1 Star Terrible post-sales support. I requested cancellation and have spent days following up with customer care. I was repeatedly assured that the cancellation team would contact me within 24 hours, but nobody ever called. Despite multiple reminders, my cancellation remains unresolved and my refund has not been initiated. The most frustrating part is the false promises and lack of ownership. I raised cancellation request 5 days ago, still awaiting machine pickup and refund of my deposit. When I asked customer care person for reason they keep saying wait for 2 3 days more. no email confirmation no message, no accountability. avoid completely.
