After that, they will use clever tactics to avoid returning your money. What does 'rental' even mean? If I am out of town and recharge after ten days, I should get water for 30 days. But no, they will only provide water for 18 days because you didn't recharge during those ten days-yet they will still charge you for the full month.

i am already in trap since i have taken a year subscription.its been nearly 15 days now i haven't got my problem resolved.there after sales is pathetic.i am still buying bisleri bottles from market.RO water tdsnis 2200 and the app shows that RO is in excellent condition.all family got loose motion fallen sick.but the liv pure is still sleeping till date despite mwntioning the urgency. will not recommend to anyone.
I subscribed to a Livpure rental plan 4 days ago, but the machine has still not been installed. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no option but to share my experience on social media to highlight the poor customer service. Please arrange the installation as soon as possible.
I kindly warn everyone who is reading this review to not buy or rent Livpure RO. The service they provide is really bad. My rental RO (Livpure Smart) is not working for more than 2 weeks, I had repeatedly called their helpline number but still no technician has reported. They will say that a technician will reach out in 24-48 hrs but please don't trust them. I am really regretting my decision to rent it.
बहुत ही खराब सर्विस है, जब तक पेमेंट न करो बार बार फोन करते है और जैसे ही पेमेंट हो जाती है, एक बार भी फोन नहीं उठाते, installation के लिए नहीं आते, RO बुक करते है ये बोल कर 4 घंटे में Install हो जायेगा। लेकिन आज 3rd Day है और कोई उम्मीद नहीं है आज भी, froud Company

Worst service. never go for their products, as there's no service. what they call customer support is basically hopeless

never use. pickup is worst. from last 1.5 months I have requested for pickup but no body comes. Their pickup is not available on weekends and not after 4. not possible to have pickup in their timings. I am just irritated with the service .

Extremely disappointed with Livpure service. My RO has been non-functional for almost 2 months. Initially, the tap was broken and despite multiple follow-ups, the service was delayed for weeks. After the technician replaced the tap, the purifier started leaking. The issue was "fixed" twice, but the leakage kept recurring. Throughout this period, I continued paying the monthly rental while also spending money daily on drinking water bottles because the purifier was unusable. Now, I am even unab

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It has been almost one month, and every time I am told that an engineer will visit, but no one ever comes. I am calling every day, and they are also not ready to refund the recharge amount, saying it is not in their policy. It feels like they are just taking money from the customer without providing any service. Is this really mentioned in their policy? Every day I am assured that the engineer will come "today," but it has now been nearly a month.
Worst experience and very bad service. Firstly, they promised that they would install a new RO but installed an old, used one. First few months it worked properly, but later I observed some insects and green algae in the water. After raising complaints, we need to follow up several times; then the service man will show up.After cleaning the machine again and again, the same issue and poor water quality were observed. After cancellation, it took two months to refund and collect the machine. SCAM
Fraud Livpure, Avoid taking their rental RO service, Customer care is very pathetic, Issue not resolved after 2 weeks also and not provided refund as well, they will close the service request from backend without your confirmation. don't even inquire about it in their call or chat because they will first torture you with continue calls and later if you pick their call then you will get to meet worst customer service or lead generation ever. who will put in you a forceful situation and extremely rude or egoistic people they have hired I guess
