I can say zero customer support
Firstly it was showing purifier installed but in reality it is still not connected. And now app is not even opening. Heard Livpure is good but my personal experience is worst.
Very Disappointing Service Extremely poor service experience. They are quick to ask for payment but fail to deliver any actual service - even during the warranty period. Despite multiple follow-ups, no help was provided. I’m giving one star only because it's required to post this review. Honestly, they don’t even deserve that.

Don't use any of the service of them, the overall experience has been disappointing, and I found both the product and the service to be subpar.
Very bed service
Don't ever purchase livepure RO AMC. They will not attend your complaint. When I'm calling the technician he's saying that company is not sending me to attend you. Company has no responsibility towards complaint timeline. My RO is unserviceable since last 25 days, nobody bothered to attend my complaint.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company regarding my Livpure RO Water Purifier. My unit has been leaking for the past four days, despite my repeated requests for assistance. I purchased the Livpure RO Pep Plus Pro Water Purifier along with a 2 year AMC, and I expected timely and efficient service in return for my investment. However, the service I have received is unacceptable.

Worst product and worst app
Livpure is one of the Worst services. No staff or service person is coming to clear up the issue with my purifier. The request has been open for 10 days. I did pay for the contract with you guys, and since 10 days, the machine has not worked. I'm going to dismantle and trash the machine, and You have to pay me the amount back. I'm not going to leave as simply as this; I will go legally if required. Just installed this app to put this worst best review, see how much I have got frustrated.
Please don't consider using their services, you will regret it. Worst customer services from their team.

Not able to sign in. From add RO serial no screen, the app is getting closed automatically.
Changed price at their own convenient. Every month us February now because they made cycle for 28 days why this change? They think customers are fool. And its pure rental model it will be continued if you recharge or donot recharge.

Ordered RO from livepure website 35 days back and the product has not yet delivered even after reaching the destination city for 4 weeks. Neither there is option to cancel the order and get refund nor they deliver the product. Pathetic service. Worst experience from livpure. Fed up with Multiple follow-ups. Now the delivery status is showing return to seller for security reasons
