Am getting the message that the app is no longer supported on my phone

paid some money to a closed account by accident, called and they said they would try to get the money back, never contacted me again, wow great support

If you tab out of the app to check something it logs you out, but it makes you authenticate yourself to tell you you've been logged out and then you need to authenticate yourself again. Also constantly get something went wrong messages when trying to pay credit card so unable to actually do what I'm trying to do.
My phone its LG v30, I dont want buy a new phone just because lloyds app will be no longer compatible, the only solution offered by lloyds is to buy new phone....Well I suggest lloyds should offer new phone to their clients...
Worked well for a while until I got a banner telling me it had technical issues every time I tried to log in. I have phoned Lloyds 4 times but after long waits get cut off when they tell me to reinstall the app. Very frustrating.
Removing ability to rename accounts on website and wiping any changed ones to force people to the app yet account renaming has been broken in the app for a month.

Yestetday while trying to add additional cardholder, if I don't click exactly on the postcode search box, I got instant log off, several times. Today while trying to add card to the google wallet - the wallet redirects to this app to authorisation. as soon as I authorise again instant log off
