As with many others cannot scroll credit card transactions, really annoying and frustrating. Cannot pay in cheques and now told my phone is too old to use it in future. Great!
Awful, just awful. absolutely impossible to log in to the app without a million hoops to jump through, especially scrolling through 50 yrs worth of calendar to choose D.o.B. to then get absolutely nowhere. basically not an app but a link. bored of messing about with it so just transferred money away from Lloyds...problem solved, 'app' uninstalled
The app is very disappointing. It does not allow customers to download a six-month bank statement at once, unlike many other banks. Having to download statements month by month is frustrating and time-consuming. If this issue is not improved soon, I will seriously consider closing my account.

For last three weeks this app will not work on my Samsung phone. I tried new phone and it won't work on that either. I also have many friends with same problem but all Lloyd's technical team keep saying is clear cache and reinstall. We have tried that but it doesn't work. Lloyd's get your act together customers have been forced down the app route and now can't access their banking requirements
Garbage app. Had an error 4 times in a row trying to freeze my card. Thanks Lloyd's, really helpful.

Experiencing technical difficulties cannot log on. Has been like this for days. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. now cannot get back in.

very bad service not giving overdraft
The newest version looks so tacky with the bright coloured unnecessary banners at the top. Get rid please. Still no change, you'll be getting one star soon!!
