don't pay for their premium service,the minimum you can pay for is 3 months they will deactivate your account after a week and their support team won't respond if you complai,they will only respond if you contact they to guide you on how to make paymethappen to me,I paid and they deactivate my account after a week they need to fix bugs I message someone and after clicking send the message automatically goes to another person I'm not supposed to send that particular message to it's very annoying

Locanto is becoming greedy day by day. demanding money for every thing For advertising money, for premium money it was fine till this and now demanding money for displaying number and website that too very expensive if we can't display number in the advertisement why should we pay to advertisement... Locanto should be banned from app store and playstore itself
why so much money taken???? it is very wrong. suddenly all charges very high.
very worst it dosen't process debit or credit card for payments just like the website, even after multiple support ticket raised they just give a template answer and not solving the problem from their side
By using a test-relay on Reddit it's easy to see that Locanto shadowbans users, and uses bots to generate ad hits and fake messages. Now we can prove it. If the developers of this app would genuinely like to know how they can "improve" they can start by stopping the shadow banning of users. Understand this; We have set up a relay on Reddit and we can literally prove that you are shadowbanning users. You are busted. You're NOT a legitimate service. You're a scam site.

most worst app I've ever used. navigation is beyond a joke, every time open a ad , after reading page try go back one step and it throws u right back to the beginning , choosing what looking for and in what area . also add photos option doesn't work, which explains why 95% of ads don't have any photos and the 5% that do are probably idiots who actually decided pay premium. free version doesn't even do what free version claims it will so I doubt premium will too.

The only reason i have this app is because i'm sick of the nag at the top part of my browser. Sure, you can aim for the little x to close it, but it comes back and once again you get a banner robbing the screen of real estate. The app is utterly pointless and has less functionality than viewed in a browser. The pile of junk called internet is dying in a sea of ads and ruined integrity from greed and thieves. Then you get apps like this that someone paid a person to do and for what? To be less?

ads disappear for no reason. paid over $100 and still can't reply to messages or post ads. service desk was no help. waste of time and money.

More scams than actual advertisements. This place was a decent place to look around, but now for every real post there is atleast 20 spam/scam posts.

The percentage increase to buy Premium is a 170.73% increase over last years price. For that you get a buggy product that doesn't list 100% of products for sale, or they go missing. 'Support' may take weeks to reply to issues. You say your increase is to buy better tools. You don't put the cost of making your product better onto the consumer, you make a better product then charge accordingly. Your business model is flawed, your greed and lack of development reflects your poor product rating.
It's a good idea for a app, but the app is constantly buggy, and now yearly Premium has jumped from $57.40 too $155.40au... no fn way!

So fake. I phone people using my Airtime but in the end phone the same person. I dont know who it is that answers but it's the same person who answers doing the same voice and advertising. I have 4 call recordings with the same person! not even worth a quarter star
I have been on locanto on and off for years for various reasons and It was amazing app to use but recently come back on and omg how its got bad I can't receive messages of any kind which is very annoying I even got a friend to message me and it never comes through so this kind of thing ruins the experience of locanto so it needs to be fixed and soon otherwise it will lose you members

This app/service used to be good years ago. but now they are just greedy, deleting chats that are just 2-3 weeks old unless you pay up, and it's not cheap - and also nowit means I cannot review those I had interacted with TO WARN OTHERS SO THAT THEY DON'T GET HURT TOO. Locanto is no longer a safe place. As a returning user, who had to make YET ANOTHER ACCOUNT as my other 3 have seemingly just vanished from their records, I'm extremely disappointed. Navigation of categories is flawed too.
Terrible spam control, requests user to upgrade just to use a certain location under false pretense of spam but they themselves allows spam listings, no one controls the miscategorized listings.
This app has become completely useless. It now is set to US only. My profile and location have disappeared.
