y'all need to fix this app because I can never load my reward every time I try to load my reward and add the item and then I go to check out its still telling me to pay the same amount of money. like today trying to redeem my free birthday item and I had six hush puppies and the reward is for free 6 puppies for the still telling me to pay over $3.
something happened where if you try to add elegible item it adds it but never applies coupon then it asks again so its a continous loop that never adds the coupon

for 2 people, we paid almost $40.00!!!! 😱😱🤯🤯🤯 and we each got a smaller meal with a drink. That's it!!! the food wasn't hot or fresh by any means!

I was hoping this latest update would make it work again but no joy. It was fine when it worked but for a few weeks now it just keeps crashing before I can order anything.

could not create an account. Was caught in an infinite loop of the app sending a code to my email and putting the code by pasting the code from my email only to be greeted with it was an improper code.

90% deals are only when ordered online. my last doesn't allow online orders.
Literally unusable. Takes a minute or longer between clicking a button and anything happening, and most of those button presses don't even register. Refuses to allow me to check out. if you don't want my business, LJS, just say that.
The app is unusable. It takes forever to add items to the cart and transition screens, spinning for minutes at a time, then it randomly removes items from the cart or empties it completely, or fails to go to checkout.
we walk in told us to order on kiosk because he had so many orders but was on his phone than no cups for ketchup and tartar sauce but other 3 black men walked in n took their order horrible service and management

once you sign up with Long John Silver App you can not change my phone under my profile and you can NOT change you email address, I trying unstalling their app waited 1 hour and went to Google Store and restored the Long John Silver's App and have my old Phone number and my old EMAIL from Gmail but my NEW email is now is with YAHOO EMAIL ADDRESS, the Long john silvers APP PROGRAMMER do not let change their email address after 5+ years. Birthday is wrong & I did a typo 1st setup is lock for very!
Dry, Dryer, and Driest!!! I have anticipated getting myself some LJS. I had a 30-40 minute wait in line after ordering the 12-pc Fam Meal. Only to find the fish, chicken, hush puppies, and fries were cold and dried out. My 2 containers of Coleslaw were ½ full (I to go in to get them). All for the full price of $48.38. I expected better speed of service and food quality. No napkins or condiment were given. I expected better from this newly renovated location. Disappointed my whole family tonight.
try to sign up and the verification email takes hours to receive. Its 2026 this stuff should be real easy by now. if yall hire people to create the app and run it are that incompetent when that should be a high skilled job then I'd hate to see the morons you hire in store. good job the lack of basic app building lost you a customer.

The app is broken about a month now, anytime go to redeem a reward it's not applied. Have emailed customer service no response.
How hard is it to let somebody view your menu in the app? That's literally all I wanted to do but because my local store doesn't accept online orders, I wasn't able to start an order which meant that I couldn't even view the menu. Ridiculous.

Nothing irritates me more than a restaurant app which hides its menu simply because it's after hours. I'm currently trying to decide where my family will eat dinner this Friday, the 3rd Friday of Lent. My phone received a notification saying something about "a free snack or side..." I was unaware of any snacks on your menu. So I wanted to check it out to inform my decision. But I can't because you hate your app users. I guess Culver's or Red Lobster it is.
