it would be nice to order things, but you can't since the screen cuts off at the bottom. So you just get stuck unable to add items to a combo since you can't reach the + or - sign.

App is broken. The option to add items to the order doesn't work.
I came through the drive-thru and I ordered two-piece fish with an extra piece of fish, coleslaw and fries. when I got home I only had two pieces of fish so I was shorted one piece. I've tried calling the store several times and no one will answer the phone. So I don't know what to do from this point except leave a review and say I'm not happy.

Always glitches when processing payments or adding offers/rewards. Unable to place orders all the time. App needs fixing because it's unusable as is.
Won't send the right code. Just order Captain D's. it's better anyway.
I sent feedback, posted on X and Facebook, sent emails, and got one response, but no resolution. The app still won't let me make a payment when I want to check out. You need to fix your customer service!!

something happened where if you try to add elegible item it adds it but never applies coupon then it asks again so its a continous loop that never adds the coupon
cant order food, keeps taking me to map to pick the restaurant
for 2 people, we paid almost $40.00!!!! 😱😱🤯🤯🤯 and we each got a smaller meal with a drink. That's it!!! the food wasn't hot or fresh by any means!

I was hoping this latest update would make it work again but no joy. It was fine when it worked but for a few weeks now it just keeps crashing before I can order anything.
Out of curiosity, what is the point of this app at ALL anymore, if you can't even look at the menu unless you either browse from a site like door dash (I can't afford their obscene delivery fees), or agree on pick up in ANOTHER STATE?? I used this app to browse the menu, to see what I can get for how much money before I commit to making the drive. That's no longer an option and I cannot for the life of me imagine why.
I installed the app and then went to Create an Account. The app or the website would not let me create an account nor sign in to an account ive already made. Keep saying 'Session Expired' or it just bugs out completely. Tried several times and it just does not want to work, with my phone number or my email address. So I uninstalled and just ordered food from somewhere else.
could not create an account. Was caught in an infinite loop of the app sending a code to my email and putting the code by pasting the code from my email only to be greeted with it was an improper code.

I don't like the constant reminder when I open the app that my notifications are turned off. Well, duh. I turned them off for a reason. Further, and this is even more annoying, after adding and confirming my payment method, I still have to enter my card information every time I order. What is up with that? You Devs need to get on the ball.

coupon codes entry stopped working, good or bad app won't reply if the work or update price.
I can't order from the location only 1 mile or so from me, so can't use any offers either. Sad part is I believe the first time I used it, it offered that location.
