the game is good at the beginning. it becomes more challenging and requires too much money and time. it's a team game. the increasing number of bots made this game worst. opening 100 boxes won't give required material for upgrading equipment.

This game is not fair at all as it mainly enjoyable by pay to win players(P2P). All bots dominates in events like kingdom tycoon and labyrinth which even if you pay $1000.00 you couldn't win a single jackpot. Security and protection is not that great

So misleading. All the images used in the app library itself here on the Play Store, are totally fake.
Tried to buy an event pack but never received it. I opened a ticket asking for the pack to be sent again. The event ended while I was waiting for a response, and they eventually refunded my purchase instead of sending the pack. When I asked why they did that since I could no longer purchase the pack they said "sorry, just purchase some diamonds and we will send you the pack again" but to purchase the correct increment of diamonds I have to spend more than the original purchase price...

rewards you get from opening all chests are way inferior than shown you get , you never win lucky items gems etc , don't play this game, only few few idiots who are trapped by money are playing
