Objednavky zadane cez tuto aplikaciu sa zobrazia ako vytvorene, ale tovar sa vo vela pripadoch vobec neodosle. Pri rieseni cez Zakaznicky servis, clovek dostava len neurcite odpovede bez realnej vypovednej hodnoty a pomoci danu situaciu vyriesit. Cize to neni e-shop, ale loteria, ako ich objednavkovy system zafunguje. Aj ked tovar objednate, neznamena to, ze ho naozaj aj poslu.

hello, where is the search button?
I ordered watches 16.03.2026 and delivery time 19 to 24 March. Today 30.03.2026 I haven't received my parcel. I call service center 4 time's but not Satisfied answer given. we send email and inform you about shipping but they haven't send me email. Shipping charges too much high and Delivery service is very Bad.

I have been using Zalando Lounge for more than 6 years. However, lately they are sending items that are damaged or in wrong size, and if you report it you get a generic answer: we are sorry, there is nothing we can do. There is no accountability for their errors, while customers spend a lot of time ordering, waiting and then returning the product. Stay away from Zalando Lounge.

Terrible first experience - lost order, no response This was my very first order with Zalando Lounge, and it couldn't have gone worse. All five of my items were lost in transit, and rather than offering to resend them, I was simply told a refund would be issued. Disappointing enough on its own - but to make matters worse, I sent a follow-up email expressing my frustration and requesting some form of goodwill gesture, and I haven't received so much as an acknowledgement. Not even a courtesy reply

Frate, nu poti cauta nimic, nu au search bar. Si iti dau ei ce cred ca iti place tie ca un fyp, CHIAR DACA NU AI PUTUT SA TE UITI LA NIMIC PT CA NU EXISTA SEARCH BAR. Pot sa inteleg ca idea e ca e un mare outlet si iti da reducerile si nuj ce, dar e super SUPER enervant.
for over months now the app doesn't open.
the new layout is worse than before. It was nice seeing an item with the price, but now you have to open the item before you can see it. there is no overview without the spacing between products. I do like the swiping to see different angles of an product before opening the product.
