all of my connections were even near my state!
This was such a pain to set up that instead of filling up I walked away and got gas elsewhere. Do better. I'm not a truck driver but I'm a Lyft driver so that should qualify for commercial but it doesn't

App fails when it gets to the question do you want to purchase inside.
Not good, waited over an hour for a shower that was reserved on app, I get the notification then tells me to see cashier no trace of shower number or code or anything. also used my shower credit that I can't get back so not using this app for showers again

it asking for location to be turned on. location is turned on, and can't access any loves truck stops for anything, fuel, showers.
Have used app several times on purchases and can't get points to load. Store clerks couldn't even get it to work. Needs revamped.

not working at pumps
Tried to sign up and accidentally activated two-factor authentication. Tried to go back to uncheck the box once it gave me a code, (did not hit agree or continue with code) and now my account is locked out with this message: Something Went Wrong Two-factor authentication is required to access this application. To enable this, please contact your system administrator.
there are still points out of my card by scanning barcode never added my point
have to constantly uninstall and reinstall to use the app to start the pump
I have a iPhone that the app works great. However, when you tap the barcode on the app you get the circle of death and never loads. I used AI to try every conceivable option to get it to work, but with no luck.
had to change phone. using the exact same phone (bought both at the same time). app not compatible, will not work on new phone. my phone is at Android 11 just like the old phone. Will not go any higher. I'm not buying another new phone to use this app.
the Love's connect app says my phone is not compatible with the Loves Connect app version. I have a Nord 5 + 1 which is essentially an Android and is up-to-date with latest software.
Why does this app need all the location permissions and wifi location permissions? This app did fine doing the thing I needed it to do for years without all that.

Love's has changed their policy for location to sell user location data to 3rd parties, and pings my location constantly, despite me only giving permission for the app to use my location when I'm using the app. I have searched through their privacy policy and EULA, and found no way to tell them not to sell my information.
What was useful is now useless, app has my location on but app says it doesn't. Just doesnt make sense. Its unable to locate me when its already has permission to locate me.

Always signs you out and then you can't remember the password when you need it in a hurry.
Employee at store set me up with professional driver account. I drive 15 hours a day, 1000-1400 miles a day, and spend $200+ a day at Loves..However since I don't buy diesel they won't give me fuel points. The employee at Loves should know these things, and make sure you setup the right account. Trier calling customer support and they were no help either. Thanks for letting me know my business means nothing at Loves because I don't buy diesel.

update shares location with third parties. nope. uninstalled. do better per their response, it bricks the app if you revoke access. so if you don't want them to sell your location, you can't use it. nope

Today my experience at Store #877 in AL. I am so tired of cars pulling in to get gas then sit in their vehicle doing what I dont know. we happen to pull up in back of a truck doing just that. I scan my loyalty app but the pump always says it can't read it. But when I go in it scan it just fine but never give the 10cent off the gas price.
App keeps crashing when trying to reserve a shower. works MAYBE 1 out of 10 times. Used to work fine. Deleted and reinstalled, no change. Other functions work fine.

I've had this app ever sense they started it and speed lots of money buying diesel fuel at five dollars a gallon and should be getting loves points but still have never gotten not one point by using this app and yes I have the latest version of this app
I got a physical card which I prefer to use. The card says I have to register my email on the app (which I downloaded) in order to connect the card. There is nowhere on the app that shows you how to connect the card! Update: still no response!
January 9, I pumped $18.90 but pre-authorized for $30. I've called 5.timea since then to get my $11.10 back. The first 4 times I was supposed to have patience and they'll get it back to my card ending in 2380. Ive waited since January 9, it is now April 1. I was told today that I won't be getting it back. Apparently if you pre-authorize an amount they don't have to give anything you don't use back. Card services told me that today. screw loves
