The biggest problem about using your guys's app I like to use it because it's paperless but the problem is it takes 24 hours sometimes 72 hours to finally show the receipt in the email or even on the app this needs to get fixed
the new I'm not a robot challenge every time I try to fuel is a major annoyance. Please get rid of this waste of time.

loves app stopped working on my phone, I Uninstalled it now says it won't work on my phone. Gone thru my internet provider and Samsung and they believe it is with loves update .
some idiot developer made it so not backwards compatible. Not a single valid reason for an app like this needs more than os 10. Even my banks don't. they need to tell play store to not restrict the app. Very Very foolish.

Giving it one star because it says the app is not compatible with my phone. I have a Motorola razor edge smartphone. Come on now, it's 2026. I don't understand how a rewards app in the play store is not compatible with a smartphone and this is the only app I've ever seen say that. I have to use my old phone and hook it to my hotspot on my new phone just to use the app, it's stupid.
Bug in recent update causes app to crash upon opening deals tab.
I made an account on the app, used it twice and now I cannot add a physical rewards card or my work card to the wallet.
I've read reviews from a year ago about how the barcode for discounted fuel didn't work, and it STILL DOES NOT WORK over a year later. No problem. I'll just uninstall the app and get gas elsewhere. Edit after Love's replied: My phone number isn't recognized when I try to type it. I shouldn't have to work around your buggy app either; it should just work.
update broke my app can't see what deals are going on push deal it kicks me out
Requiring everything but my blood type to use the app and then the scanner wouldn't even locate the barcode for the fuel discount. Never had this problem before.

why bother with points if I can't even use them on gas? literally the only reason I bother with this gas station was because I thought I could use my points like cash but literally are void on the reason I even cared about earning points

Location Services are not working on my Galaxy Fold 4. I've ensured that location settings are turned on, but the app still prompts to turn on location.
It won't let me paste in my password from my password vault. Great idea since I memorize long, complex passwords for every different app, especially ones I don't usually log into. There's noooo way I'd reuse a password or use something simple I can remember instead. Super secure. Make this app easy to use, easy to log into, and easy to secure. This is where to business needs to keep security "good" ideas in check. Thank you for making this a PIA.

So apparently Loves is no longer supporting green initiatives in their latest reward program update. I am a diamond level reward participant and always brought in my own reusable plastic cup. Now under their new policy you can't refill your own plastic cup. They require a refillable metal or insulated cup only. This is very sad! It saves money for Loves to not refill their own foam cups or the gallon jugs people used to bring in. But to not allow a personal 32 oz reusable plastic cup? Sad.

I would give it no stars if that was an option. I didn't realize that setting up a casual driver profile would make it to where I couldn't set up a commercial one. I have sent 2 emails to delete the casual one so I can set up the one for commercial driver with no luck so far😖😖

in Benson Arizona none of the pumps at the two Love's gas stations, will scan the barcode and the app. none of the pumps at these two gas stations will allow you to enter your phone number for the discount. this apple caused you so much pain heartache and sorrow it's not even funny. the people who run the gas stations know about it, I just called the main National phone number they know about it it's been months and nobody gives a rip.
WARNING!!! THIS IS GETTING MORE STUPID. I give 0 stars. its stupid that now we cant reuse their own cups for refills. its ok. ill go to pilot or TA spend more money on them to get a drink and use their cup in your store. i will enjoy rubbing in the competition in your face. unless you let us is your own just require a permanent mark on it.
