Hello, me and my girlfriend has been using this for a while now, we've been taking care of the pet and we've purchased premium, we tried to use the customer service but to no avail, the app relationship ended on its own, and when we invited each other back we lost all our pets, and levels, history, stories and everything. please help us bring them back if its still possible, otherwise ill probably rate this a 1 star.

terrible that I've tried to messages customer service, that it gives my partner inaccurate information when im asleep it says im out just arrived home or that I haven't slept yet terrible.
This app still tries to charge me even though I have canceled my subscription

it app never shows the exact location which often makes a huge misunderstanding

aap not perfect work
Was really good up until it said i was at a false address for 40 minutes when I was no where near that area and has now put a massive toll on my marriage.
Pet system stuck/bugged/broken in a loop where you cannot interact with it anymore, customer support is non existant. Edit: CS replied with just close and open the app as if this hasnt been done already.
Because of this apps terrible design and terrible GPS system I'm constantly getting berated my significant other this app is made to break up couples not help them in their relationship the app sometimes even puts me into places where I'm not even at what are you guys doing over there?
explain to me why my partner and I downloaded this app, and the first ad that he gets is for a hook up app? zero stars.
it was okay at first, the location tracking is good, the pet thing is cute, but then i had to format my phone and now i can’t log back in. i tried contacting their email but their response didn’t help at all. i tried installing it now again, but nothing is still working. my partner and i will not use this app anymore if i can’t have my account back.
most of the experiance is okay but the battery drain on this app is unreal.... my battery used to last 1 whole day.... after installing this its dropped like 6 hours man... I am cancelling premium and closed this app contemplating moving to different app entirely...

I had saved my coins up to 3200+ and yet it's ALLgone because of an update like it's nothing, so lesson I take here if 'we' ever had coins, just spend them all
I was already subscribed for 1 year then I change my phone and reinstalled Love8. However, the subscription did not applied even when using the same account/email. Contacted support via app but no response.
