Customer service is absolutely not there. We lost our link 2 months ago, it took them a while to respond, and when they finally did they didnt get straight to the point, i explained everything that me and my partner's link broke out of nowhere and we lost all of our progress, even our stories. They asked me for proof of all the levels and screenshots and i gave it to them. They didnt respond for a while again, until i followed it up but they didnt do anything. basically js told us to accept it.

I've been using it for a couple of months. During the first few months it is doing good and smoothly. But these last few months it has been very frustrating to use. It is not updating exactly wherein some relationship it may cause fight especially the location may be inaccurate and not working well . It gives me more reason to uninstall it again and find another app.
it's a "good" app with fun features. My problem with it is that if I don't use my phone for the whole day the battery still gets drained. After checking the battery life of my phone I noticed that this app was using 30% battery without even having it open. It also made my phone overheat very quickly. I've had no issues like that anymore since I deleted it.

hides the required subscription until you get your SO excited about it and send them the invite. garbage.
Ate 50% of my battery in background usage. This thing burns through your battery even if you don't have it open.
Changed to a new phone (S26 Ultra). Guess what it still consumes battery life like marshmallow. Seriously had to charge my new phone after 5 hours of use, uninstalled and now the phone's battery lasts a day. What a waste of subscription.
This app would break-up Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn. Not only does Love8 encourage intense stalking... it gives false information Including: location.. phone being unlocked.. the app places my location in the sea for example. Fortunately my bf is here next to me and this would do the opposite of what the app is intended for and question each other!!! ths k God he's not still in Wales!!!!!!

meh, disliking this new update, it took away the quick heart tap on the map the heart balloons and the currently playing music status that i much preferred in the last update before this, it feels like i can do less instead after the newest update despite subscribing annually.
it doesn't show me her real location via vpn proxy

It's a cute concept, but everything that drew my husband & I to the app- you have to pay for. Honestly, the price is not really worth the very few extra features. Especially when you have to pay even more for extra for coins to keep your pet happy.
