Do not trust this company at all. Double-check everything if you book with them, or better yet, choose their competitors. A few months before my holiday, I asked them to add one more person to my reservation. They added the person, but at the same time they changed my room to a worse one without informing me. I only discovered this a few days before arrival. The company said it was already too late to make any changes. They neither refunded my money nor changed the room back.

After cancelling my hotel and refusing to acknowledge the flights were protected by PTR 2018. They were in breach and I was refunded via Section 75 and Chargeback. I still have a couple of trips booked with them. Now the airline on one of my booked packages has notified me to get information about my flights change from LoveHolidays, but this time LoveHolidays was on the ball. They still only get 1 star rating because they lied to me about my PTR 2018 rights, trying to hoodwink (rob) me.
awful, booked a holiday and it didn't say anywhere that there is no public transport to hotel from airport, the place is 16HOURS awalk away and a taxi is 100€ one way, what is wrong with this place!!
Need the app to switch to landscape mode for tablets and phones, would make a much better experience, a reply to this comment would be great thank you.
I was utterly let down by treatment of Love Holidays, I was due to fly to Cote D' Zur on a fully paid holiday, when I was admitted to hospital a few days before I was due to fly. on my doctors orders I was advised not to fly. With a signed medical report, I tried to contact Love Holidays to explain my predicament, there was no answer, after many days and endless phone calls and e mails, I finally found someone to take to. I was told that they couldn't do anything in compensation for me,
Unable to log in to app. It used to work fine, but following a recent update, it will not allow a log in via my outlook email.
never will I use again. booked a holiday using the app, paid immediately in full at the same time as my sister only to get an email the following day asking us for £1031 more. spent an hour on the phone and they where utterly useless. had to cancel and book my flights and hotel direct. very stressful.
