can't find sale plants
this process sucks. I cannot open the app on my phone so I cannot get the free plant for mother's day. I will not shop at this store again. I do a lot of business here but that's over.
Garbage app. I can't complete purchases, I just get caught in an endless loop of having to sign in, enter my thumbprint, get a verification email, rinse and repeat. I've cleared the cache, I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, nothing helps.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled numerous times and it makes no difference. I don't have this issue when using the website. Very frustrating and alarming to wonder if someone else is making these purchases!

Easy to use once you figure out out. ***Update Feb2025*** Lowered my previous rating. In recent times the app has been logging me out every 2 days or so, which has become E X T R E M E L Y annoying as I try to use it and go to Lowes quite a bit. Needs an update so it doesn't log you out after 1 or 2 days... ***UPDATE*** May2026 Lowered to 1 star. App won't let me purchase items in my cart. doesn't show error message as to why. Just doesn't let you proceed.
The shopping cart has a bug that loses anything you put into it. How does a shopping app work, that doesn't let you buy things?

Frequent lockup and crashes, confusing login when it works. The app and MyLowes is on balance no longer a end customer benefit given how hard it is to use. The transition of MyLowes from a simple bar code to a dynamic app linking is a poor experience. Even from a company data perspective when customers skip using your program resulting data is poor. Humbly suggest you revert back.

The app couldn't find the barcode and the item search didn't work and there was not a menu to search by area.
you can't see full screen because there's a box at bottom of screen. I just placed an order for 2 items for pickup and in confirmation notification it has one item being picked up and the other shipping??? I find it difficult navigate and now to check out. Please overhaul the app. It sucks.
Can't see the item location on the map. that's a non starter. that's the main use for the app.
