I'm using a LSC smart outdoor camera I have 128Go SD card capacity and even then - storage not full, camera has been recording for half of the day and I was able to check the footage and suddenly the footage is GONE I'm unable to check it out, the same day because "no events has been recorded" THE SAME DAY. I don't know if it's the app or the camera but I don't recommend the app nor the camera. Completely useless.

Edit: It's gone haywire since the last update, sending an alarm every minute, showing nothing! On low sensitivity If you can't actually have the app only notify me if there's a human shape in my chosen field... just don't give me the option. The amount of time I get notified for a passing car (several metres back) or have an empty screenshot showing because it again saw something or a glint of light

can not connect after update
This app is designed for LSC security cameras (sold by Action), but it fails to connect them to your phone. I have tried it with both newer cameras and older models that used to work with earlier versions of this app. The solution is to use the Smart Life app from manufacturer Tuya (also available on the Google Play Store).
The last update with the whole UI revamped broke a couple of things. Why do I need almost 600mb of an app just to make randomly appear its floating button or how it's called on the screen while I don't use the app or cameras?

LSC camera works only on mobile, not on pc or new labtop. A real shame

Musiałam już wielokrotnie odnistalowywać i instalować aplikacjś ponieważ nie działała. Bardzo często nie łapie ledów. Nie polecam.
absolutely heinous app, nothing works the way it's supposed to. the app can decide to log you out whenever they feel like it making you unable to access the settings for your lighting (WHY DO YOU EVEN NEED AN ACCOUNT FOR THIS?) and when you try to connect a device it gives you errors that aren't even actual errors. unbelievable lmao
I haven't been able to login to the app for days, "network error". My lights turn on in the morning on schedule and off once the sun is up, but with no schedule for the evening, my evenings are rather dark now. If you're a light switch, multi day downtime isn't great.

ceiling light doesn't work because of broken app. i have been trying to get the ceiling light to stop flashing but nothing works. we have installed the app on 4 different devices but nothing works. I contacted customer service and the short answer is, you can not use their light without the app. so do not buy anything from this company their service is terrible and the app doesn't work
Works fine, but why the hell this app wants to know my location that bad that it requests an access each time I run it? How does it related to light control?

Worked perfectly, but then y'all know the story : they updated it and now it's all broken. It has a shiny new UI but Google Assistant doesn't work with it anymore, the app doesn't properly fetch my light bulb's state properly anymore (need to press power button to fetch it) and it's all buggy and messy. Basically a turd covered in gold : it smells but at least it looks good, I guess...
Since last update this app is not working properly it is constantly switching on motion detection by itself
its so hard to set up everything it makes absolutely no sense
smart device frequently gets disconnected, memory function does not work, have to reconnect every 2 -3 days! worst experience.
LSC devices get resetted by accident on a daily basis - it is way too easy to reset them. I use 5 TP-Link and 10 LSC devices. Only LSC devices seem to have that problem. Also this rapid blinking is not a good choice - may cause an epilepsy attack. Update lightbulb soft and fix these issues please! EDIT: no fix... additionally lsc christmas lights stopped pairing after app update! if they are paired they are good, if not then youre done..
Having to create an account just to control my lights is insane. Every device you buy from this company is going to become unusable one day when their server/software breaks compatibility. This app NEEDS local control options. My device didn't even come with a proper user manual, just instructions to get this app or some PC bloatware. Would be great to clarify how the buttons work without having to use this app or a web search.
Worked really well up until their most recent update where for some reason they overhauled everything to make it less convenient. Suddenly there's this fancy UI that takes longer to load in, a bunch of widgets I had to remove so I could actually use my devices from the start screen and on top of that I suddenly had to make an account. MAKING AN ACCOUNT DELETED ALL MY DEVICES FROM THE LIST. Now I have to reconnect them all. Who let this update roll out.
updated version brought many bugs. now from tim to time i have to completely closenthe app to get the buttons working back again. otherwise you click and nothing happens.

Stopped using the outdoor ip cam. after the latest update I do not like the updated version with the purple photo starting screen. the app is too slow and does not open the camera view quick enough. And I don't need all the other stuff, I just use it for the outdoor cam. I want the previous version back. Tried to install the app again in the hope to have the older version but it is the latest. Cannot scan the QR code while adding new device so I have to stop using it.

This app is poorly written. Lots of bugs. Few settings. Poor account options. There are better alternatives. Time in screen is wrong and you can not change it. You delete all messages. Next day some are back. You delete everything(select all). After delete it was not all...
Negative: Bluetooth is not enough, app wants to access location and wifi; after approval, the app found the socket but couldn't control it, even though the router is just 3m away. App improval urgently need. Positive: Simple design

The cameras motion detectors are extremely sensitive and even after adjusting the senses they give false triggers. The human body filtering feature is also buggy, not triggering when I open the door (even though my face should be visible). so yeah, high and medium give lots of false alarms while the low setting just doesn't trigger a opening door.

just to switch a device on/off the app desperately wants location and Bluetooth access. WHY? it should work without, other devices from other manufacturers can do but LSC can not. maybe because it is Chinese? who knows even though they claim not using your location data .......
:( this doesn't work
A 13.5m chain of led lamps cannot pair via bluetooth to my phone. "wrong pin" and no prompt for a pin. The box shows vari colored lights. They are just blinking yellow. No colors. The idiot programmer could have set varicolored lights as default. It is now a useless piece of junk. created presumably to scrape personal data from my phone (location and email adress)
For the love of... Can you please fix your application? We are unable to change the colour of our lights or even turn them on or off... This is ridiculous. It's been horrible for about two weeks now
