Hard boring glitchy
it was fine. had every character. updated and lost all of them. had to start over. uninstalled
extremely rigged and have to spend thousands of dollars to get to end game
add a freakin skip button to the summons!
the concept of this game is just stupid. they claim it's luck-based but its actually pay to win. don't waste your time playing this.

Has a bug where sending units into the dungeon or totem space crashes the game. This bug has existed for at least two months and yet the developers and game support are denying its existence and even insisting it is my device issue despite multiple players experiencing it.

they removed my purchased ad free vip. now selling it with vvip name. be careful. don't spend money. they can change it to vvvip to get money again.

too much ads
game is good but the customer support is terrible. recently i have been facing a problem where my game crashes early in-game.(during early waves). So, naturally i tried to contact the customer support team but i only get bot response. it's been 3 weeks and the issue hasn't been resolved nor i get any real response from the CS. ( game also crashes 7/10 times ) and sometimes i lose the game cause it happens way early in-game.

bought rune pack, summoned 800 runes and merge all of them.. in the end only 1 mythic and 5 legendary left? are you kidding me? mythic merge i use about 50+ legendary and with 25% success rate only once succeed? myr155 bought only trash?
customer service is the worst. they don't respond. send you trough loops and hoops to achieve anything... and will either way perma ban you if they just don't like you

1. Game crashes too often 2. Many South Korean players are quite toxic. Please consider banning those toxic players. It's 2026, and this game is supposed to be fun and friendly for everyone.

The ads crash this game 3/4 times. sometimes, the ad doesn't count as being watched. I don't know what the developers are doing, but RAM is not an unlimited resource and neither is the players time. Sad, because the game is fun and I like summoning the Dragon.
full of bugs. hard to progress.
The game is VERY repetitive. The strategy doesn't change no matter what. In every game you do the same things and only merge different heroes depending on what champions you got. The only way to progress is leveling cards and you can't be "better" at it beacose every match looks the same. The average player achieves the skill celling in an hour of playtime so I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THE POINT. To level up and level up your cards until you get bored?

absolutely horrible gotcha game plus the game mechanics are manipulated to make you lose or under perform when your on a roll or spend money. not to mention your gonna get trolled by under lvled idiots that don't know how to play but somehow get in your lobby so forget skill based match making or fair mechanics.

after upgrading max rare, common, epic , legendary gurdians still getting those from recruit. This is very unfair . Mythic percentage from recruit is very less . The game is very unfair for nonpay players . please do something better in recruit .
pretty trash not gonna lie y'all have an event where you gotta beat normal mode and make some jumps to win a grand prize and it's unfair because if I get put up with someone who's not good or doesn't know the strat I'm basically cooked I lost that 200 mythic shard things because some kid didn't want to place anything and contribute I was 1 away from winning it!

The lag issue has been fixed but the game keeps auto shudown
everything running fine , until latest updated. the game randomly kick me out. and it crush . been kicking me out more than 20 times
