App isn't letting me log in or skip log in.
I was at store today, was unable to clip digital coupon because it won't let me setup mystore using zip code or gps location. It's said "Something went wrong" after I clicked set store. My phone is new, and I tried everything uninstall, reinstall, reset phone, delete cache, etc. Nothing worked. Please update the app or fix it. Thanks
wasting my time trying to get past a buggy login UI to simply get a digital coupon in store. fix it. login button doesn't work. even after clearing cache, data, reinstall, etc. just want to buy my f'ing groceries
Useless, can't register for an account on the app or even their website. it's just broken. Tried Every work around I can think of, just a total waste of time.
never loads the coupons and the store seems to never have my number on file even if I can see it clearly on my account
this app never works
It has never worked. I have installed it 10 times and I always get the error message that says "Oops. Something went wrong." is it because i'm on an Android S24, who knows! Fix it!
Could not register due to weird password requirements. If you insist on passwords, please accept a secure password from a password manager. Passkey would be much nicer though.

100%garbage~login fail~reset password~enter correctly but it goes to login screen in an endless loop!! (previous complaint) they changed it and my saved coupon list is gone/broken now... every other app (browsers, fast food apps, music/video streaming, etc.) connects to Internet just fine... this one just shows an error [unable to connect to Internet] [no connection found] when trying to load coupons and sales
This app is terrible. The search feature is garbage and doesn't even search the coupon list which is the only reason I would need to search for anything. Finding the product doesn't link back to the digital coupon. clipping the coupon should be unnecessary and is just extra work you're making me do. the membership deal should be automatic. The grocery list features clunky and basically unusable because the search feature is garbage.
i used to love using this app but today was not good i got logged out so i logged back in and changed my password because i forgot it and the app looks at me like im stupid it just stays on the sign in sign up page and when i go to sign in once again it says logging off
cant log in after recent update
This app sucks! It's too slow. The upgrade is worse. I can't log in.
After spending 15 minutes to sign up, it will not let me login. When I put in my information and click login, it takes me back to the login/sign up page. Waste of 15 minutes trying to get it to work. I don't usually shop at this store and I won't because the deals they advertise is impossible to get them on their unuseful app.

I have stopped going to Lucky since the app started to give me issues a few years ago. Just tried again and still the same - couldn't clip coupons. Same issue with their Foodmaxx app. Forget it.
I've tried to look at coupons, but they don't open up. I can't see what's on sale, so I'm not interested in shopping there.

I keep getting an error message. I've reported it and nothing has happened. I've deleted it and reinstalled it and nothing. Same error message. I have not shopped there because I can't clip their coupons.

I have a lucky just down the street but my store isnt in the app.
STILL BROKEN 23JUL25!! THE LATEST UPDATE AS OF 15MAR25 IS BROKEN! The core, basic function of clicking an item in the ad to add it to the shopping list is GONE in the app & browser!! This same thing happened before, and wasn't fixed for months, and now we have to suffer all over again? This app is about as unlucky as it gets. I refuse to spend a dime at Lucky until this is fixed. Oh, and I was forced to change my valid password, too! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND STOP BETA-TESTING ON YOUR CUSTOMERS!
Whoever designed this app needs to study the Safeway app. This app is so inferior and hard to work with.
I have purchased things based on the advertised price only to find it's a digital coupon. I decided to bite the bullet and download the app for the savings. I've been standing in one spot for 10 minutes now trying to reset my password and log in. the app keeps malfunctioning (which is what happened the first time I tried to use it 5 months ago) I am putting back the blueberries that are literally twice the price without the digital coupon, deleting the app and avoiding their marketed food.
App never works in the store so cant use the coupons
The app doesn't let me log in as of the last update! it is worthless. I enter the correct login & PWD, hit Enter and all the text on the login page remains red and nothing happens. It was bad enough, prior to this update, that any update wiped out my login info. It should be retained from one release to the next. I will now shop elsewhere b/c I can't scout prices, click for deals or know what merch the local store carries. Get a new app developer (for Android).
