لا انصح به عشان كان في مشكله و محدش اتواصل معي ولا بيردو على الايميل ولا اي حاجه وخدمه وحشه جدا
معظم الأماكن اللي متعاقدين معاهم وبتنزل كاش باك مش بيرسلوا الكاش باك وتكلم لامي يقولوا الشركة التانيه اللي هترسل وتكلم الشركة تقولك ارجع ل لاكي .. لا انصح باستخدامه

خدمة عملاء زفت صراحة والتطبيق كل فتره بيخلى الحساب بالسالب وتدفع تقريبا اللى أخدته كاش باك تسديد السالب دا . وخدمة العملاء مستأجره أهم حاجه تقفل المكالمه

اسوء تطبيق في العالم. اسوء خدمه لا يسمح الا بعمليه واحده في اليوم من خلال انستاباي بقالي من يوم ٢٨ مارس حتي الآن في شكوي فلوس خرجت من الحساب وموصلتش الحساب التاني وكل شويه نتقدم ميل وزفت تقرف حاجه قمه الفشل افشل من الفضل ذاته ... لو عاوز تكدر نفسك وتعطل مصالحك تستخدم الكارت ده وانت مطمئن
ولا ليه لازمة كل ما اروح مكان يقولولي التطبيق مش شغال
مش موجود في بني سويف ونظام التعرف على البطاقة الشخصية سيء
بعد شحن الكارت برصيد كبير، الكارت لا يعمل، و التطبيق لا يعمل.. تجرية اكتر من سيئة.. لا ينصح به اطلاقا

This app is extremely unreliable. It works maybe once out of ten attempts. Login frequently fails, balances often display incorrect amounts and the overall experience is full of bugs. Compared to apps like Telda, which is far more stable and functional, this one feels like a complete disaster.

I know that ur system is not a cheaper one it's the most recent and valuable one this appears specially due to my problem which happened because of the high security which this app has but as I'm fully aware for this Beraveleg also i'm aware that I got contact with ur customers services & I still has the same problem doesn't solved not to mentioning the countless numbers of trying solving this wiz ur AI assistant to solve it & yet I still has this problem for more than 3months can't enjoy ur app

اسوأ خدمه عملاء واسوأ كات ممكن تتعامل بيه.. تم خصم مبلغ مرتين رغم أن الريسيت طلعت عمليه مرفوضه في المرتين .. ولم يتم استرداد المبلغ من اكتر من ٣٠ يوم.. مع العلم الرصيد كان فلوسي
i made a deposit of 1100 egp in the card using the ATM and it didn't reflect in my card and i called the customer service and i did a compliant but nothing happened and even sent an email but no response and sent them a message on the official Facebook page and didn't get any help at all so i dunno what else i should do at this point

اقسم بالله حراميه ونصابين عاملين الحكايه دى كلها عشان تدفع ٥٠ج وبعدين يقولك تم الرفض لا لا مش هيقولك انت هتعد كل شويه تدخل تشوف الرصيد وبعد كده هتكلم خدمه العملاء هتقولك الآتي تم الرفض والكارت مش هيرجع ومفيش استرداد فلوس تمام .. طب الورق اللي انا كنت بمضي عليه ده فين.. هتقولك تم اعدامه
أسوأ شركة ممكن تتعامل معاها فى حياتك وأسوا خدمة عملاء ممكن تتعامل معاها في حياتك ونصابين . لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم.

شركة نصابة بتسوق للكارت عشان تدفع 150 جنيه وفالاخر مبينزلوش الفلوس وتكلم خدمة العملاء يقولك دي مش مشكلتك انت لوحدك دي مشكلة عند الكل.. نصيحة متتعاقدش معاهم لانهم نصابين وشكرا

the worst app and service ever and no credit limit will be deposited to your card it's all fake i have been applied for more than 3 months for now without any updates and the customer service will keep saying we have problem and will be solved but it's all a lie.
