This Lufthansa, AND the Swiss airlines app.... BOTH give me an error ("1 error has occurred A technical error has occurred"), - as I attempt to log in, & I cannot log in!! I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app, but it doesn't allow me to log in with the same user & password that I use on my laptop browser(s). I am using a Samsung S25 Ultra. I have cleared all data & my cache; & I have changed my password. I have a screenshot of my login error; I hope you help fix this issue. Please.

worst airline app I have ever seen. Login breaks all the time and app thinks that the requests are coming from a bot. it doesnt look like it is even unit tested nor designed for a better user experience.
After the latest update once again only getting endless "Data downloaded failed. Pull to refresh now." cycles. Can use it to check in, but need to request the boarding pass via email, as the app fails to ever load it. Great job at repeatedly breaking what used to be a functional app. Honestly becoming a bad joke. Maybe have IT run the development instead of marketing?
I can't even log in to my new account. Password reset just cycles through endless death spirals.

It does not work on my mobile device. unable to log in get message due to for technical issues. i have cleaned my cache uninstalled and reinstalled the app.It still doesn't work. .I have to log instead on a computer which defeats the purpose when you're traveling

Cannot log into the app due to excessive security measures, good job, Lufthansa. They want me to otherwise jeopardize my phone/tablet to accommodate their requirements, I don't have the time or the inclination to do that.

seeming impossible to fix login issue. changed password 3 times. changed browser default. opened browser in desktop mod. cleared cache. reinstalled app etc etc. it's a mess!

Terrible! Cannot login even though I use the exact same login on the web. Error saying a technical issue occurred. Worse, when you go to report it in the chat, there is no one there, not even a BOT.

Absolutely horrible & heartbreaking! Lufthansa RUINED our FIRST family vacation outside the country to Italy. They LOST OUR LUGGAGE until AFTER the trip was over, leaving us with NO CLOTHES, TOILETRIES, or ESSENTIALS; when it returned, my new clothes were water-damaged & my luggage was broken. We were also stranded during a weather delay at our layover in Germany, paying for multiple hotels & taxis ourselves. NO APOLOGY, REIMBURSEMENT, RESPONSE, or ACCOUNTABILITY. Unacceptable! Never Again!!

Won't let me login with my Travel ID. It always returns an unspecified error and tells me to try again later.

Couldn't get it to load my profile. Website works but app doesn't accept same password. Wasted a couple of hours trying to get it to work.
What an absolute pile of garbage. You literally cannot get past the registration point You put in your information click register then it makes you go through email confirmation and then you try to login and it just endlessly says technical error. Jesus I thought Germans were better at this. I will literally spend more money to fly on a different airline.
You never know whether an update is going to make the app better or make it completely useless..absolute joke how unreliable it gets

Absolutely terrible experience. Constant errors logging in. Even on their websites it's impossible to log in. The one time it does get me in, it throws more errors at me saying that I can't update my traveler information. Absolute dog water.

Awful app, nothing works, it's all an "error, please try again later". I have no way to retrieve and see the status of my booking. From an airline company I would expect more, especially one that is not low cost!

Possibly one of worst thing ever, and not just on internet. Nothing works on this app. No wonder even Ethiopian school kids can code better than these clowns.
