Got an advert through Lloyds app that 'Lloyds customers who sign up today will enjoy Lumio’s Couples Pro plan (worth £39/yr) for free.' Then when I downloaded it it said 3 months trial, so false advertisement. 1* review, uninstalled straight away and will never use Lumio again. Congratulations for trying to pull the wool over your customer's eyes
Stuck on connecting to bank account. Tried with Barclays and HSBC. Please investigate and fix this.
The latest update means I can't login to the app at all. Since I used Google login, the button no longer works

This app is a very poor attempt to make personal fiance easy and more manageable. Not only it did not take the admin load around personal finance, it added more because of bugs and accounts not connecting, or just connecting for a short amount of time. On top of this support is slow and not very objective. I'm still to hear whether or not I'd be eligible to get a refund for my yearly fee, bearing in mind my minimal use of the app. The worst way of spending £29. Consider other apps.
Keeps signing me out of the app once every few days.

Can't sign up - just keep getting random error codes. Poor.
Unable to get past the log in screen. I tried numerous times. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help either. I input the first passcode, fine, it gets me to the second screen asking for my own passcode, fine. Then it asks to reenter the new passcode to confirm it. Whenever I do it it returns 'invalid user' error. So I go back to request a new passcode by email and the whole process repeats..
I unsubscribe regularly, but they persistently keep writing. Very sticky nasty and utterly useless waste of space. Avoid otherwise be prepared them chasing you forever
The updates keep ruining this formerly great application. Now once you've added an account you can't remove it!
Worked initially and was very good but will not connect to bank account anymore so us a pointless app without that connectivity
Doesn't show my lastest balances eventhough I've refreshed. Searching for a decent money management app now.
Was great when I first installed it - would get notifications for payments in etc. But for last couple of months I no longer get payment notifications. I have resynced my bank accounts twice, checked that notifications are turned on within the app and my phone... and.. nothing. I get notifications from the CEO telling me about crowdfunding... which I'm really not interested in... but don't get notifications from payments which is the whole point of the app. So I've uninstalled it.
Couldn't add recurring I want to add wages recurring And deduct bills recurring On weekly basis That are not conected to a bank. For example Rent weekly £x that i pay by cash.. UnInstalled
Doesn't connect to any banks. Awful don't waste your time trying to connect going round in circles. Wish I'd read the reviews before creating an account.
Really buggy. Account filters on everyday spending don't work properly anymore and the UI buttons have glitches. Not the most intuitive application either. I had to pay purely to be able to set a custom date cycle which is ridiculous. Needs to be better quality if you're charging people to use this app otherwise it will not last....

I was offered this app through my bank. It has a lot of potential but there are so many bugs in the software. The app crashes a lot and there are too many messages saying you need to contact customer support. If the app can be made to run smoother with little to no issues it would be worth paying for. A recommendation would be to add the ability to change transactions to a group and bulk change all previous transactions as well as the ability to remember the grouping for future transactions

I like the idea and seeing all finances aggregated is an interesting view. But the Android app has some issues - lots of error messages (even though the connections to my account appear to have worked) and the navigation fails so I have to close and restart the app.
