Downloaded this app expecting to be able to try it before committing, as it’s advertised as free. Unfortunately, you can’t access any content at all without immediately subscribing, and there’s no clear or obvious free trial option. It feels misleading to market the app as free when everything is locked behind a paywall from the start. I would have been happy to trial the content first, but without that option, there’s no way to know if it’s worth paying for.
Signed up for a free trial and I wasn't really using it. After a month, I saw a 'pending' payment of an eye watering £50 coming out of my bank. I immediately cancelled and emailed Luvly. I was reassured that the payment would not go through. However, it did, and Luvly held their hands up saying they couldn't possibly do anything as the money was dealt with by a third party, but turns out they were perfectly capable of issuing a part refund. Overpriced and unhelpful. I got anger wrinkles. AVOID

I subscribed for a free trial / 3 months subscription. but not monthly fee!2.When I occasionaly tried to open the app through google account, they created THE SECOND ACCOUNT!!!! for THE SAME E-MAIL! and started to charge me from the second account too! 3. Customer service - is a chat bot named Dmytro. SCAMMERS!
Not what I expected.
I unsubscribed and canceled my subscription and canceled auto renew over a year ago. and they are still charging me. still charging me. my account no longer exists I can't even sign in anymore. I want my money back but there's no one to talk to.
SCAM!! over charged me by $200, hidden fees, will not refund even though i contacted them instantly, said I could still use it for the 3 months they overcharged me for but then blocked me out of my account as soon as I requested refund. they told me I had a typo in my email which is why I didnt receive a receipt which is a lie. this company is awful and ive seen a lot of similar stories. stay away from this app

Very dangerous app!!!!!Warning!!! I cancelled my subscription via Google Play, yet charges continued under FAST-LUVLY-CARE. Google confirmed these were external charges, so cancellation had no effect. This creates a misleading situation where you believe your subscription is cancelled while billing continues. The cancellation process is unclear, and many similar complaints describe the same issue. This case has been escalated to financial regulators envistigation!!! you are wornd!!!
I canceled the app in February after seeing an unauthorized charge for $79.99 on my bank statement. I received confirmation of cancelation and then $59.99 was charged to me in March. Again, I reached out to customer service and received the same response that the account will be cancelled and I won't be charged again. Do not download this app or you will suffer the same misfortune!
you charged 45 dolar extra that i did not approved!!!! and you do not have a working refund or help access , you are a scam
it's a money making app. No transparency for deleting details. Though it said they 'll charge a certain amount 3 monthly, almost 3 times the amount has been changed from my account, despite deleting the app. Even after the payment, one cannot access the program, as it keeps going back to the payment page. I wouldn't recommend this App. Extrenly disappointed.
keeps failing, I enter to use the daily program and it says will sow in a fee seconds but never does.
I subscribed to this app but wasn't able to start using it after entering credentials. Tried contacting their "support center" many times and got no response. I'm unsubscribing and leaving a bad review. If 0 stars was possible, this is what it deserves.
It is a scam, they give you a good price only for a trial period and then even if you cancel the subscription you get charge for almost 100e the next month. and they dont give you your money back. do not pay anything.

accessed three sessions, then kept glitching. kept reloading App, still nothing. technical support answered quickly though, which is great...but only one of their links worked. not a great experience.
so far, the app is nice and the massages help; however I had an extra charge and the customer service was appalling. be aware when you are purchasing as they lead you towards extra purchases without you realising.

Initially, I felt trapped into a subscription, and it was very difficult to get out of. However, we were eventually able to come to an understanding.
BE AWARE of ALL of the hidden disclaimers, including "AI used". The initial purchase is actually a SUBSCRIPTION that rolls over. There was no notice or warning. The bank is now fighting to reclaim a fully priced renewal. If not for their unethical practices, i would recommend the app to friends.
very disappointed. its falsely advertised. saying it scans your face to determine perfect make up n then not telling you your face shape but instead give you q chart to do the work on your own. 30 dollar in app purchases without ever telling you that what you clicked on was going to be a charge. the tips are great but not worth it. I payed 15 for a 65 dollar a month subscription n i can finish the info they gave me in like 20min. still dont know my face shape. no way im paying 65 for next month
