i am 5 star driver and driving with lyft last 10 years they just deactivate me because of some custumer complain about unsafe driving i never have any accident or any thing that cause safety problem unbelievable their safety team are not human they are not listening

will lift manage to do something even more insane a cancellation happened I was a black SUV in front of the queue for 78 minutes in between requests I was down to my last possible request I only got it after I was on the phone with support for 5 minutes and now I'm going to time out because I'm going to hit my hours because it's not supposed to be counting my hours in the queue how many ways can they break federal laws I wonder how many ways and supports refusing to give me to a supervisor

PEOPLE FIRED FOR PROTECTING THEMSELF AGAINST MULTIPLE ASSAILANTS!!!!NO COMPENSATIONS!!!! Many issues for the drivers ranging in assaults to drivers with NO COMPENSATION to damages to vehicles. they don't cover damages THEIR CUSTOMERS HAVE CAUSED TO A PERSONAL VEHICLE.

Don't drive for Lyft. You will destroy your car. If you use their rental system you will not make enough money to live. The payout options are 3rd party companies that rip you off. The ATM stole $300 from me. Don't use this app, you are better off working for a taxi company.
When arriving to pick up a rider Lyft leaves you 200 feet short of the address That's why I don't do Lyft

I went from making $32hr for 9 months straight to making $18hr for the last 4 months. After gas and car repairs that's like $4hr. Youre better off panhandling on a freeway exit. Lyft sucks! They don't care about you 1 bit. Get a real job. Anything is better than waiting 3 hours for a passenger. And they do not care if you get a ride. Get a real job, don't waste your time
I used to like the Lyft driver app not anymore I am a elite driver with a 5.0 rating smooth cruisers score at 94% and everything seems to be going backwards they literally want me to drive for 45 cents a mile they forced me to take a ride for $0.45 a mile I still cancel it it's almost not worth being on board anymore I have asked him to fix this and I refuse take your chances if you want to I am having a bad experience and I feel discriminated against. because I am white
It pretty much sucks. The GPS on it is the worst I've ever seen. It gives directions that are wrong while it's spinning in circles trying to figure out what direction you're going. Every time I make a left hand turn halfway through the turn it tells me to make a u-turn. The arrive on time filter is worthless. I've gotten countless rides that made me miss a scheduled ride which I then got penalized for by lyft. You can't see any upcoming rides once you're in a ride. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!
Eats up too much of battery
Appalled by the horrific support. I've been driving Extra Comfort for months, but a recent inquiry about driving in Iowa caused support to strip my access without cause. The agent was incredibly rude, dismissive, and refused to answer my questions. Zero accountability, unprofessional service destroying driver trust.

I accidentally deleted the app and now I cannot log in. It makes me reapply. It does not have a login anywhere, so now i'm screwed
I'm a driver and it absolutely sucks to constantly be online away from my home in a purple zone still get no rides for about an hour or 2. Im out there almost every day in big zones like new Orleans and it's slow. also the GPS is constantly glitching I feel like working for Lyft is a constant struggle . the pay scale from passenger to driver is A huge problem. example: rider pays $60 after all the "fees& external fees taxes etc the driver only gets 18.00 out of that. that's a problem!
The pay isn't worth the wear and tear it puts on your car. In this economy and with these gas prices we need at least $1.25 a mile to make any money, and that is if people actually tipped, which very few people do anymore. We have to spend so much of our own money to get people where they are going and nobody appreciates it by tipping. Better than working for Uber, but still not worth it! Find a real job that doesn't require you paying all upfront cost!

The trip request notification sound is very low. I have missed many ride requests because I could not hear the notification . Please add an option to increase the volume of new trip requests.

I had a infraction 17-18 years ago, they kicked me off the platform ....but i have been driving for them for 7 yrs. the Infraction was always on background report. but deciced to enforce it....Now...instead of 7 yrs ago.....
I drove for Lyft for over 6 years, completed 8,700+ rides, maintained a 5.0 rating, and was favorited by more riders than 95% of drivers. Despite that record, my account was permanently deactivated over a single allegation. What was most disappointing was the appeal process. I responded to Lyft's request for additional information and submitted an appeal, yet I later received an email stating that no additional information had been received. It felt like my responses were never actually reviewed
the money is absolute trash. after gas and tolls you can make around minimum wage to 12 dollars an hour even if you have no downtime between rides. customer service is awful. the app doesnt always give you bonuses after completing challenges.
Lack of customer service., earnings is not worth it!, but better than sitting idle.

So hard to take long journeys and make your way back without extra tolls. Rider paid 300+ for a ride and I got 104 them no rides back. They also ask you to rate riders right away, should wait until they have a chance to tip. I got no tips, and the service was friendly, clean...not sure what's up with that.

the app constantly changes and working for them is just as bad. every week its something else no matter if all rides or more were completed. I honestly hate it here. I have no other options or I would remove myself completely. both my jobs require transportation so if I stop now im screwed completely 😔
once again another update and lifts GPS system sucks even more now and almost causes me to crash multiple times throughout the day because of its lagging constant issues or its constant wrong turn suggestions or constant you turn illegal u-turn suggestions or how about the ones that just go absolutely nowhere and to a street that's the wrong direction
