As a female driver, I am constantly overlooked in situations with riders going unresolved and even system errors that are never rectified. Undervalued underpaid Elite they don't care about us.

I would give it zero Stars if I could. My daughter and I were left stranded in the middle of the city around 11:00 p.m. for a ride that I had scheduled days ago. For no apparent reason, this driver cancels, and another driver could be booked. It was after midnight by the time I got back to my hotel paying double to a taxi driver. After 2 days of being rerouted by AI and trying to contact a human from customer service, the best they could do was give me a $15 coupon that expires in one month.
Horrible driver app. I never used the app but made account in 2016 then 6 years later tried using my account and it said I got deactivated??? For what reason exactly??? I never even drove for Lyft just made an account few years ago! No support or info on why my account got deactivated.
Lyft nav is useless. Many new errors are being introduced without old errors being corrected. Street names that have remained the same for 4 years, are now being renamed erroneously. Driving around in circles waiting for the nav to catch up. Sent 30 miles out of my way on a trip. I do not bother with Lyft nav anymore. I simply ask the passenger where we're going. Sick and tired of Lyft demanding 5.0 rides but only giving us 3.0 support. The 4.8 review of this app is a complete lie.
0/5. Extremely disappointing experience as a driver. My payout issue has been unresolved for the past 3 months. I have contacted support multiple times, submitted all requested documents, and every time I get the same response: “our team is working on it.” No real update, no timeline, and no actual resolution. Driver support has been completely unhelpful and keeps giving repeated automated responses instead of solving the problem. It is very frustrating to work and not be able to access earning

Cant even use spotify without the app thinking its 3rd party software..... fix your app
won't let me report an issue with the route. everytime I try, it says something went wrong immediately. im the one getting blamed for taking longer than usual when it won't let me report issues with routes.
App programming is sub-par, Lyft Support is worse I have been a Lyft Driver on the weekends for over 7 years. When I first started I saw plenty of flaws in their system, NONE have ever had any valuable improvement. Why? There is no phone number to call support. It's a $5 billion company with no support line. Instead if there is an issue, you can text them, and when they get around to you (72-hours?), they will call you. They provide apathetic responses and have no one to escalate to. Sad!

I make significantly less money driving for Lyft than when I drive for Uber. I only drive for Lyft when I run out of time on Uber. The pay for rides on Lyft is horrible. it's like Lyft intentionally tries to short change you. I urge every Lyft driver to switch to Uber if you want to actually make money.

I rent a car through Lyft and something happened where it's now charging me more personal miles while I have the app open looking for rides. not cool. if you want to milk me for money, you should pay me more.
I got stranded for 3 days in the 2023 Lahaina wildfires while dropping a passenger there. Later Lyft reimbursed the passenger and I lost all my livelihood. Thanks so much Lyft
This version ****7692 creates "connectivity lapses" so that the Acceptance Rate of the driver stays below 90%. This is fraudulent behavior.

The ride finder feature sucks. You can be 7 minutes away from a ride and it would decline the ride. Then give you ride a eleven minutes away. Which is crazy and then it just switched a ride out of nowhere

they held $100 extra from what they charge for the rides just in case as if holding what was charged for the rides isn't enough for them and they didn't cancel it I had to dispute it several times with my bank they are crookers use Uber instead.
Try to put a trip as a rider and then see how much they pay you as a driver. This app are getting more way less than 50% of what rider pays.

Don't believe Lyft , I don't know how they looking for new drivers and they don't have any rides for existing drivers, Lyft at the beginning they will give you good money then you will not catch even 500 $ a month, they will not give you rides without any explanation why, I have at least 6 months they never give me even $500 a month, just don't believe them stay W-2 better , every 2 years you have to change the vehicles cuz you drive a lot of mileage
App is terrible. Not only did they deactivate my account in Miami where I was stranded from traveling. Then now I submit all my documents to drive (perfect rating) they deactivated my account. Now I can't drive. Resubmitted the correct documents and haven't heard from customer service in a month. My account has been deactivated taking away my opportunity to make money. I've been reaching out for over a month and no response. They even deactivated their customer service number.

this been horrible i dnt know what going on but it seems like they trying to control my income I'm barely getting rides now and I've switch to doing $10 plus rides and not if i get a ride it's below 5 dollars 90 percent of the time
this is a stupid app, designed to make you schedule, plan, then still miss rides. it intentionally forces people to work 12 hour shifts at a time, or punishes you by losing scheduled rides. by preventing its 12 hour timer from resetting, EVEN IF YOU PROACTIVELY TAKE MORE THAN A SIX HOUR BREAK to plan ahead of time for scheduled rides. I'm so sick of depending on it for an honest living.. and the customer service chat is very rude, and addresses you directly by your name, and ghosts you.
cherry pick ur rides or they will take more than 50%. lyft also just took about $100 from my lyft account while I was working. unbelievable.

ZERO STARS. Stupid notifications "bumpy road" etc., cover up directions and new passenger acceptance! You fiddle with these useless pop-ups and have to take your eyes off of the road several times a shift because of this. THIS IS DANGEROUS!!! The directions are awful, turns are given AFTER you already missed the turn-- The worst is in the airports. You can wait an hour in a cue and it pops up"Have you Left" and then it kicks you out of line!!! I have wasted hours on line only to lose your place.
you guys need to delete the cancel future! this happens to me way to often and you never look out for the driver, i get ready or in the middle and the stupid people keep cancelling!?! why don't you change policy to be a $5 min charge when they do this and give it to the driver! such bull

it makes money but not the best the main thing that they do is sometimes they'll pay 20% or more in certain areas at certain times but I noticed they will show like 40% and sometimes more until you get to that area then they'll put it down to 10% or take the bonus away completely once you get to the area they just use it to get you where they want you and another thing they do is ill get to a queue area and it won't register I'm there and they give you low paying rides to lower your acceptance

I have had people add stops without adding in app and dont add on app. they need to start making passengers mention how many passengers and if kids. I had to add a car seat and lost out of other rides. 20min with 1 person because they refused to tell me they had kids and didnt bother comingbout early to add the seats. i did it. lyft have been taking an average of 63% of the total. BS! chatGPT said not worth it based on facts.
