Just here to inquire about cancellation fees. its total bs. if you cancel within 1 minute you should not pay point period. your minimum for cancelation is also scummy. congrats.
3rd update since last week: up graded to faster ride and same type thing again. 2nd update(this week): was waiting a few more seconds for a few minutes then upgraded for a faster pickup. waited 6 minutes for driver info to show up n now ive been waiting a few seconds 5 minutes now. the time bar for waiting was at the end. I left half this comment then went back to the app and they moved it back.2nd update:been waiting just a few more seconds for driver for 10 minutes

tried to sign up but was rejected because of my legal last name they want to say it's inappropriate
Lyft just stranded me by randomly declining my payment method AFTER overcharging me to take me to my initial destination AND the money leaving my account so clearly they took it. Lyft just left me hanging in the support chat when I tried to get the issue resolved. Called Uber instead and got a ride within 2 minutes. Deleted the app and I'm never reinstalling.
