Dear Lysn Support Team, I am writing to formally protest the reset of my subscription date for the EXO 2-Person Ticket (Chanyeol & Sehun). I have reviewed your explanation, but I strongly disagree. Based on my Google Play Store records (attached), my payment was processed successfully. My next billing cycle is clearly shown as January 27, 2026. This proves that the December payment was completed within the grace period (less than 24 hours). It is unfair that I should lose my accumulated subs.

The app was okay in the beginning but after several updates later on, it just kept getting worse. I have a notification that I received 52 new messages from the artist but I when I opened the chat room there were only 26 messages there. Even when I try to refresh the other messages won't appear. Please fix this. We are paying for the service so I hope we'll get what we have subscribed for.

That's insane!! I updated the app and when I opened the messages they were deleted! All chats appear blank!!! There is nothing! The previous messages were deleted, please do something.

Upset with messages not being sent a lot lately. I have to check minutes after sending one to make sure and 80% of the time it wasn't sent. It's worse now. None of my messages are being sent. What's the point of paying for the one feature that is worth it doesn't work.
Separate nct dream and nct 127, I can't agree to buy one of dream without being forced to buy the offer of the two chats!! It would be better if they separate 127 and dream so that I can buy 2 different members and not have to pay only for the offer of 2 because 1 does not let me!. Hello, I don't know if this is an update or some problem with the app, but I would like an explanation. I have 3 nct tickets and 4 nct tickets, before, whenever I changed the ticket artist, nothing ever happened, or when I canceled tickets because the main payment was cancelled, I changed an artist from the 3-ticket artist to the 4-ticket artist or the 4 to 3 tickets and my days stayed the same!! Now I canceled and changed 3 ticket artists as I always did and my days went back to 1 day PLEASE!!
after the recent update, notification sounds keep changing to the default even though I've set the ringtone, i.e. if I change the tone to A today, the next day, it will change to default. so annoying! fix it!
STOP RESETTING THE NOTIFICATION SOUNDS! Ever since the latest update my notifications sound got changed without my knowledge and despite how many times I changed it back to my preferred tone, it kept getting reset. This is so annoying!
