They canceled my order, saying there is no stock. I returned to the website and was able to buy again...
you make an offer to be used thru the app. I try to use it and it tells me its not valid. I check and can not find any exclusions, but I'm sure there are. Macys never has clear easy offers you always have to jump thru a hoop. Or most recently 3 orders in a row have been wrong. So its pot luck as to what you get anymore.

too many forced updates
Once again for the second time in one and a half months after the latest Macy's app update I am unable to access most functions on the app. After the update prior to this one, I was unable to access functions on the Macy's app for 2 weeks before it was finally fixed. There was an update of the app yesterday. The update has to be the problem. I've uninstalled & cleared the cache many times but the issue still persists. My other apps work fine. This issue needs to be addressed immediately!

keeps locking me out
would not let me add my card information after I applied my gift card details. So I tried to pay with two different gift cards and it would not save the 2nd one even the the box says "applies up to 5 gift cards". Had to take an item off so my one gift card could cover it. Now I have to personally go up to Macy's and order my other item from their computer. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO ALL THAT MAN SMHH AWFULLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!

Apr. 26, 2026: App keeps signing me out. Aug. 10, 2025: 1- Can't filter Search to find items that are AVAILABLE IN THE STORE! I want to go to the store 5 miles away to pick up items and there is no way to search for what is available in the store for immediate pickup. 2-Too many broken links within the app!
The app does not recognize my password. It is frustrating when the biometrics button becomes inoperable and I must search for my password. It seems to coincide when I've made a payment.
