WARNING: "One-Click" Billing Scam! Review: Total scam! I signed up for a trial, and they instantly hit my card with extra unauthorized charges. They use "one-click" buttons for add-ons that hide the price until AFTER you are charged. No confirmation page, no total cost shown-just predatory billing designed to trick you. When I complained minutes later, they refused a refund and tried to bribe me with "free months" instead. They ignore Australian Consumer Law and hide behind their own "policy".
I hit wrong button and was charged 69.99 they refused to refund do not recommend

They are a scam. Unexplainable charges to my account when I contacted their support about this immediately. They refused to refund me and rather offered me extra services which I didn't want. it was supposed to be a 15 dollars payment for 4 weeks I was charged 91 dollars. Absolute scam

Total scam. Unauthorised withdrawal from my account for plan I didn't want or ask for, without an option to opt out. Customer support was useless, they try to give you the runaround to keep the money instead of refund.

So bad experience and support team.. Be careful they will deduct from ur card without asking u then when u ask to return money back they say according to policy we cant 2 times they deduct from card without any benifits

App jumps when setting up! I had an add on I didn't want and they wouldn't refund me so be extremely careful! Also, it's not clear but it is a regular subscription every 3 months at the full rate (£100), so make sure you deactivate subscription when you sign up. Totally not worth the money! you can easily just Google/youtune similar workouts for free
their app interface is very deceiving, there are a lot of click baits, when you once register and touch on any add on they will charge you without taking your consent. I lost$ 50 by trying to explore add on options, after registering for a basic subscription of 18$. I requested a refund, they are only responding with sugar coated e mails but not refunding my money. very much disappointed and disheartened. I feel so cheated and helpless.
AVOID!! This is a SCAM! As other users have reported I subscrubed for 1 month for 12USD. The subscription did not show up in Google Play. Then I was CHARGED WITHOUT MY KNOWDLEGE 47.99 USD for 2 additional months, even though I have never even opened the APP. No refund. What is really disturbing is that they somehow managed to pull the money using different accounts, so even blocking them would not help. STAY AWAY.

There is no a money-back guarantee! MadMuscles doesn't do refund. Be very attentive when signing up from their webpage. The way the website is designed, you can mistakenly add a "coach" subscription that you don't want, leading to additional costs. I made this error and I was refused a refund. I'm addition, I had opted for a 12-week plan; after I was billed for it, I observed that not up to 10 mins later, I was billed for the next month. IMO, MadMuscles is not a trustworthy company.
No info about automatic renewal and at 39.99 as well or not highlighted when you going through so serious ethical questions need asked. Also no refund given when asked. Give info to customers and make visible not part of your business plan to fleece customers.

da je moguće, ostavio bih 0 zvezdica. Ovo je jedina aplikacija koja ti naplacuje bez tvog pristanka. Nije mi jasno da i pored svih loših ocena ostalih korisnika ona i dalje ima visoku ocenu na Google play-u. U procesu sam refundacije naplacenih iznosa sa svog racuna.Molio bih Google play da proveri ovu aplikaciju jer do sada nisam imao nikakvih loših iskustava sa bilo kojom drugom aplikacijom.

I have canceled this app and they keep billing me 40.00 per month after canceling it 3 months ago. do not get this app as the promo is a hook to line you in and then charge you every month 39.99.
I strongly advise against using this app. I was charged from my card without clear consent or proper explanation of the subscription terms. What was advertised initially was not the final amount charged, and additional payments were taken unexpectedly. The billing system is misleading, and cancelling or getting a refund is unnecessarily difficult. Customer support did not resolve the issue properly. This feels like a deceptive subscription trap rather than a transparent fitness service.
I should have read all the recent reviews before signing up! Buyer beware! Once you sign up for the original subscription and they have your card information, you are directed to a couple of add-on screens. There is no clear way to bypass those screens and it is a single click for them to charge you for the add ons; no review to confirm your add on purchase, they immediately change your card for the expensive the add ons. No refund after 5 emails.
I was ok with spending $10 for the workout plan, but the website made me buy the nutrition plan for $50. i immediately cancelled and got ahold of customer service asking for a refund. They said they can't give one and won't explain why. seems like a scam to me. edit to reply: the additional plan was not optional. there was no button to skip or decline or anything like that. and there was also no confirmation. as soon as I clicked on the only button I could, I got charged $50 and cant get refund

It doesn't matter if the exercises work I will not give this a chance as the overall feeling is that it is a scam. Just another shittly program built with AI with engaging advertising. Such a shame
The app does not work great, I've three days done and it shows 3 days under profile but under days its only got 2 marked with a tick. swap out is not straight forward either.
I like to be able to pause it or go back to get instructions that I missed or needed again but it wouldn't allow me! very frustrating!
Careful, they lock you into an expensive automatic subscription of $100 per 2-3 months or so. It's illegal to automatically subscribe & automatically withdraw money from peoples bank accounts. By The Way, there's absolutely "NO" clear language that tells users that you are subscribing for a consistent money withdrawal from your account on their website because if it was I would NEVER have subscribed. I bought the app for $18.99 via my PayPal, that's it.
the app is fine, but the workout plans don't give a lot of options if you find a particular exercise too difficult. also, after the first set, the next gives no interval between stopping the last exercise and starting the new one. this can make it quite hard to follow along on time. my first workout seemed like a mix of easy things and hard, but I couldn't change it to find a balance. it'd be great to have a feature to flag an exercise as too difficult for your current level.
