Didn't really care for your product. Entry price point was excellent. I work early morning to early afternoon. (5:00 am- 2:30 pm) I do diesel work on class 8 tractors working outside mostly in the elements. I tried the workouts for a couple days in a row. Honestly I am just too wore out to work, come home and take care of family life, then try to do mad muscles. Thought I could. Answer is...not that I can't. I simply don't want to. Take my 3 month subscription fee and use it well.

They're charging us a fortune for useless things. And when you ask for an immediate refund, they start giving bogus reasons to extend your subscription, and you fall into the trap again to be charged even more, which I didn't do, and I won't give them that opportunity to scam me.

this app is not recommended for indians diet. when you promote globally you should plan a diet based on country and area. you're only recommending italian, american foods. at the time of pre questions you also should ask for country and do you prefer veg, meet, dairy and are you a vegan. based on that you should provide diet plans. it's really waste of money. am not satisfied by diet plan.. as you said within 30days moneyback guaranty please work on that for me
Interesting thing every time you have the answer why this does not work. First diet then something else and every time is my fault. Or your app DOES NOT WORK at all. As I can see what others are saying you will not last for long. Only in this month your average stars are less then 2. Ask yourselves WHY.

Do not even think about downloading this app unless you're happy to be charged without your clear permission. The cancellation process is confusing, the subscription is hidden, and I didn't even realize I was subscribed until I was charged £47.99. I tried to cancel, but without success. At this point, I don't even know how this scam will end. I would strongly recommend avoiding this app.

I clicked the wrong button during checkout, emailed mad muscles 2 mins after, they tried to up sell me more to avoid refund. In the end they did not give me my money back. Pretty much theft in my eyes

The exercises are without voice instructions, as a result, they are very difficult to follow and not user friendly when you have to exercise and also look at the screen of a device to follow the exercises. Either improve or you will lose a lot of clients.
This app appears to have processed a charge without my authorization. I will be reporting the transaction to my card issuer, and I do not recommend this application

Do not be fooled by money back guarantee. cancelled after 7 days. refused a refund. got fobbed off by customer services. ended up paying £35 for downloadable pdf file without realising they were not free and part of the package. again, refused a refund. Avoid.
Why do they need to know anyting about my computer other than the OS version? If i am getting assistance I would prefer to let someone in myself instead of me being a beacon for someone to get onto my system without my permission.
bad customer service. I requested a refund or even partial refund and was refused even tho I had the app for two months and never used it, I contacted customer service for a refund or even partial refund two days after the charge as I said I will be deleting the app and not using it. I don't recommend this app, it's too expensive and customer service is not helpful.
Stay away from this company, a number of hidden charges that they don't advertise and they say that you sign up for a trial for a month or trail period, but this isn't true, as they take another payments after around 7 to 10 days even if you've decided to cancel the subscription with in a week or 10 days of starting to the plan. Try to claim your money back, you then receive a number of emails with other offers, despite requesting money back they tell you you haven't cancelled in time

I have a surgery scheduled in eight days for two torn tendons and a detached bicep in the same arm. Not related to your product, but will prohibit me from using it for the next year. That's why I canceled it... or thought I did, until I saw the charge on my credit card yesterday.

This app is a scam. After you subscribe, they take large amounts of money from your account withought your authorisation!!! When you contact support, they say they cannot identify your account and they just keep taking your money!

I was incorrectly charged £39.99 by Mad Muscles for a subscription that I never signed up for. The only purchase I made was a one-time £9.99 payment to access and print a workout plan. At no point did I knowingly subscribe to any recurring service. After noticing the charge, I contacted customer support several times and clearly explained that I never authorised this subscription. I purchased this app and they charged me wrong and added subscription without my permission and knowledge and are not willing to refund even after having conversation over email. so much of money lost instead of refunding the whole money they giving me free offers which I dont want. The refund your offering is not even half the money which is deducted from my account .....Two transcations were made without my knowledge and consent.

awful experience. Workouts are low budget and very repetitive. subscription auto-renewed for £107 and they refused to refund despite getting in touch on the same day and not using the app for months. Then had to try and communicate with an AI bot via email to no avail. terrible company, terrible comms, terrible experience. Avoid!
this is a terrible company. it's borderline scam customer service is terrible and when you want to cancel they will not give you your money back. they'll make you stay for the other 3 months. they will try to get a good review from you right away. probably cuz they know you're going to give a bad one later

I am a totally gullible dipstick that fall for ai generated bodies and interviews. where do I sign? edit- using ai to generate fake interviews with fake people that look like they have been hitting the gym 5 hours every day for the last 20 years it's dishonest ,and creates an unreal expectation for people to sign a subscription model that seem from the reviews to be hard to cancel or get a refund for. I think calisthenics is a good excersize , but their ads are so cringe

the ad said no equipment needed but your body. out of the blue, the instructor says I prop my shoulder blades on a chair!!! no notice of bring a chair. program is brutal from the start. the next program requires jumping and squatting... not sure if it will not harm me.
Be very careful with the subscription. I joined for what I believed was a 30-day program and was later charged $39.99 for an automatic renewal. I later cancelled future renewals but would not get refund the latest charge. My advise to new users is to read the subscription terms carefully and set a reminder to cancel if you don't plan to continue.
