I have purchased a monthly subscription worth ₹1150 through Google Play Store, and the amount was deducted successfully from my account. However, the subscription has still not been activated in the app. I have already contacted the support team multiple times and even sent reminders, but there has been no response or resolution so far. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I request the team to either activate my subscription immediately or process a refund at the earliest.

This is the worst App. The images generated for a story keep changing in the following slides instead of maintaining consistency. This affects the quality and continuity of the story visuals. Additionally, once a story is created, it charges credits to preview or edit it before finalizing. which is very disappointing. Overall, this has been a poor user experience. I request you to improve image consistency and provide an option to preview and edit before using credits
if you ever paid, or got the subscription, you are doomed. the customer service is so so sooo bad.

I paid the amount twice, but the money was deducted and not credited to my account. A total of 2400 has been deducted. I will raise a complaint on your website. Please make sure no one else gets cheated like me.its really fake app.please don't install and don't use such type of useless website .
my story was 1000 words. I upgraded to 1 month and I got 6500 credit 1100 rupees, for 1000 words story it is asking for 7500 credits and upgrade. don't install this app or you will loss money from your pocket. I wasted money

Produces inconsistent images of characters. The amount of credits charged on images and scenes is too high, making it very expensive to produce even one 5 minute video. Not practical!

Very disappointed after purchase.... Image always won't match the script... videos are against laws of physics and illogical.... For regenerating or fixing the issue, you have to again spend the coins... Not optimized performance... Find different option before purchasing...

I'd get a story and style i want, and it would completely change the character half way through. It also would come up with unexpected errors, and expected me to pay more credits. I have emailed and asked for all the credits back or a refund because I payed for the year and have received NO response.

what I can say is that this is the best Ai tool. The problem is that the price to generate a story has moved from 100+ to 1000. That is my major problem.
Add Urdu language to it too.
