I ordered raju gari kodi pulao in Dasara restaurant but I received fish pulao wrong order my money and time got wasted here I want my money back refund, how could you deliver wrong Food items On 15-06-2026 ordered tandoori chicken but the food not get delivered and I raised complaint multiple times and didn't receive a refund till now Today on 24-06-2026 I ordered 1. Nallamala chicken pulao and 2. tandoori chicken but the tandoori chicken again missing not get delivered not received refund also

Too much unnecessary charges
placed an order and the restaurant denied that they never got an order. The rider and I were trying to cancel the order but there's no option. I tried reaching out customer support but the best part is that they don't have a customer support. Paid full amount and starving for the pathetic service/app issue.

One of the worst apps I have used. Delivery is always late, and the app does not accept delivery requests quickly. The service is very slow and unreliable. Also, there is no proper customer care support to resolve issues. Overall, a very disappointing experience.plzz close ur app it does not working properly

Accept the order, make you wait for a long time, then cancel the order themselves, and also take a long time to issue the refund. worst experience
sorry but you have to improve your order system my order is cancelled I don't know why and I have played allrady then you refunding my money after 3 days what if some one has only that much money to order and in between his order has been cancelled and he have no mony to buy food😡

worst app in food delivery more than my order i have placed 40 tip even no delivery partner assigned and it's showing nearly a hour of time

This is a third party app. just connect between rider and supplier. once you book order it will assign rider and keep in asking to raise the rider amount for fast service. My order delivery showed in 30 mins. after 20 mins no rider assigned. I raised rider fund by INR 30. Then rider got assigned, and after Waiting for another 40 mins I called rider, he said cannot find store location, send me the location or cancel order. worst experience.. after 1 hr 20 mins finally order was cancelled
they don't even have a rider to deliver in a city like mumbai....
This app not recommended to anyone because high app fee and dilivery charges or product are upto high price also dilivery to late
worst app if you order restaurant it will come another wrong order to you and customer support was unable to help you instead they will say that wait for 4 hours pls don't download this app
i ordered food two days but resturant Said they didn't recieved my order ,I had to wait for 2 hours just to cancel the order because of your dam BOT support.which is disgusting repeating the same line again and again.no support no responsibility no action.useless app.

I was ordered in millet express ( south banjara hills) it is confirmed, after few minutes the delivery partner called me nd said that hotel was closed their is no one, he asked me to share the otp to cancel the order and get refund to me I shared with him. He tried to check in the ordered location he didn't find anyone. I didn't receive my order also refund I faced very bad experience with this. This is not a correct way to treat the customers. I was very hungry, this is a very ridiculous.
