Worst of the lot...they dont have their own fleet..take forever to assign rider to some of your orders and dont even cancel if it gets late by even an hour. They would ask you to wait forever..doesnt matter if youre feeling hungry or whatever

had the worst experience and lost 250 rupees. i bought a coupon for myntra by paying 218/- but my coupon was never released. when I try to login with my number, it says error occurred.. such a dumb arse app this is.. never gonna use again. edit : they still did not fix the issue and they claim they fixed it in the below reply. unprofessional b a s t e r d s
no proper customer care to resolve the issue I lost my amount ordering food through this app and when I asked for a refund there was no proper response from the customer support. I have also emailed them but no reply yet. after even sending an email no one got back nor I got the refund from magicpin. so better not to use this kind of app

worst app. i bought lenskart voucher, they sent alphabetic code. lenskart app is only accepting numerics. then i tried to check in app again but got error as session expired and its not letting me login again.

Why don't you guys give otp on whatsapp or email for verification this will definitely increase your customers.. I myself am unable to open the app nothing happened why you guys are lying
