Ignore this app for booking. Deployed a bot in the name of ai which does not know what to do, no agent joining chat and when called simple disconnecting call saying not applicable for refund. looks like human don't work in this company anymore
Very stressful and frustrating experience with MakeMyTrip. My flight was cancelled by the airline, and they advised me to contact MakeMyTrip for a full refund. I tried many times to contact customer care in Qatar, UAE, and India, but nobody answered. After a long delay, they processed only a partial refund with huge deductions and no proper explanation. Very poor customer support and refund handling. Please avoid flight booking through this app.
Please don't book on this application fully they will swallow your refund. on the application some amount will be displayed. on your bank account only one percent of the displayed will be given.
This is the worst website I've ever seen. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Since March 26th, they haven't refunded my money, even though the airline told me the problem was with their service provider, not with them.

Additionally, there is no option to connect with a support representative for assistance, and the platform does not provide any functionality to modify the travel date for an existing booking.

Disappointing experience. Incompetent staff, absent customer service and closure of tickets without resolution. When one calls the helpline,advised to raise a ticket, receives a vague or generic reply before closure without understanding the case. No support.

Very disappointing experience with MMT. False commitments were made during booking and despite paying online, I still had to pay extra at the hotel. The hotel condition was pathetic and completely different from what was promised on MMT. Even after multiple escalations, MMT support didn’t resolve the issue and simply closed the tickets without any proper solution. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional service. The mail said I will get Rs.1500 for installing the app but the credit is Rs.200. Why mislead us? I had worst experience I'm buying a holiday package. bought a ooty trip package and made payment 3 times but never confirmed. Money was deducted and customer care always said money will be refunded in 24hrs. now they say it will take 48 hrs. one of the worst experience. Spent almost 55k but never got the refund. Makemytrip is only good for NEW BOOKING. But after booking confirmation, you will suffer to get any support. Existing booking menu in IVR will keep you waiting endless. New booking menu in IVR will answer in seconds. But existing booking menu will connect to AI Agent and you will never be able to speak with a live agent. VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD FOR AN EXISTING CUSTOMER.
MakeMyTrip service is the worst in the world. If your ticket gets cancelled anyhow they will not take responsibility nor they will help you to get a refund. Save your and not use MakeMyTrip ever
