This is the stupidest Airlines app I had ever used. Most of the other airlines will display all the bookings once I logged in the app with my membership number, while MH App still need to key in the reference number. Worst ever user experience and not user friendly at all. Please wake up!!

Nak beli tiket pun susah. Nama baby error tak boleh nak save mcm banggang je buat restriction macam ni. selagi tak boleh ubah selagi tu 1 star rating.
How difficult is it for a multi million dollar company to get an app right has anyone from Malaysia airline even tried to use it, App cant even give basic info Eg what time a booked flight is or which terminal etc. Who ever aproved this app needs to be disciplined or sacked.
Worst experience with Malaysia airline. iam an a New zealand resident they 22 march 2025 they sent me back from the check-in counter because they didn't find my details in their system, and I have been living in New zeland since 21014 lawfully. they didn't give me anything in written. I'll never use or recommend Malaysia airline.
I cannot login, no matter how many times trying still the landing page on Login side was not visible

It's not clear if ticket prices are one way, each way or return $ when using the App. This is deceptive.
Halo.. MH programming team really need to replace.. So much bugs on apps. Jesus's christ.. Even click feedback.. Empty page.. MH ceo need pay serious attention on this app.. Really ridiculous.. All sleeping or no one use apps at all.. Gosh.. Attn to CEO MH.

claim voucher tng sampai ke sudah tak dapat. point dah tolak. dah 2 3 Kali Tanya cs untuk minta selesaikan "active/past" voucher not appear di dalam apps. tak selesai juga!! apa daa
had to try multiple times on browser and it took almost 20 minutes just to check on app. seats availability is incorrect unable to select next
