Enrich Voucher Scam on App - Do not use this app to redeem you vouchers. My wife used the app to redeem Lotus voucher and it failed. upon contacting Enrich they can just say voucher used. No refund or solution in sight. wasted the points. 3rd class airlines with 3rd class even lower app. June 2026 - I used my own app to redeem TnG vouchers twice and both orders not fulfilled even points deducted. Contacted Enrich but received excuses after excuses blaming the app itself.
I encountered disgusting racism from them، will never book a trip with them!
Airline is good, online booking and app awful. No Online Chat or any obvious way to contact from uk without international call charges

the app had numerous sign up and sign in errors, as well as many errors when adding my flights. the worst airline app I've ever used.
we paid for emergency row seats and didn't get it
Disgusting customer service. Airline downgraded my business class seat type without proper notification, c Customer service responds with only standard replies like a robot and 0 intention to address my concern or compensate. The only hospitality I witness from them is an aparrent lack of interest in properly addressing customer concern, and high enthusiasm in closing case without proper resolution and 0 understanding.

Points for all my return flight are not awarded and getting error when trying to submit claim. Trying the Helpdesk and it's not working too.
miles and points do not update automatically. need to fill claim missing files that don't respond as well. pathetic user experience. the phone support suggested raising a complaint that takes 7 to 14 working days. way to go!
Worst airline in the world with the worst customer service and outdated policies. The price doesn't match the service, no wonder you guys are in decline and depend on just national loyalty for your survival
