Because the app and platform crashed and is completely unusable, i uninstalled the app ,deleted my account and stopped using this shopping online store! Zero stars!

app won't let me check out with PayPal , won't get passed final stage of checking out just keeps loading ( spinning icon) will be going back to web site to order until fixed
let's you order takes your money then to get an email saying the item is out of stock ,,,this should be told before buying ,,,fix your problem mnm ,,,you should fix it and make it live ,,,my friends wee girl was so disappointed,,,you have to put a system in place to let customers know if items are out of stock or not ,,I cannot stress that enough
I bought clothes online from MandM Direct and also paid £10 for 12 months of free delivery. I first ordered medium, which was too small, so I returned it. Then I ordered large, which was too big and returned that as well. Despite paying for free delivery, I charged £3.99 for each This feels unfair and misleading it is not my faults and it should be free service to return I’m very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend shopping here. I advise others
I have already contacted M&M regarding this issue, but unfortunately, my problem has not been resolved and I still have not received my parcel. This situation is very frustrating and unacceptable.
Poor product quality and very bad customer service. Items often have visible defects and don’t match what’s advertised. To make things worse, they use Evri as their courier, so there’s a high chance your order will be delayed or may not arrive at all. Not worth the hassle.

Directions are easy plenty of choice and labels
awful searching, filter mens trainers size 8-8½, women's are in there, juniors are there, saw a pair for the wife, size 3 and 4 available only, puts me off browsing, unless I want something specific, scrolling through is awful
Not using this as no way to save items. No wish list unlike the Web page so just annoying. Update end 2025. Still not using like others as cannot save a wish list like other apps. Have about 20 items saved on the web browser which the app does not allow. Pointless replying to this if not actioned.
Added size 3-5 socks to basket and in my basket appears size 10 it's absolutely something wrong I did that 5 times same even if you choose different size we will se what will arrive definitely it's something wrong with app
This app is totally rubbish now compared to the old one, you cannot zoom the product you want to buy and it keeps taking you back on pressing the back button on your phone,needs to be checked and update properly
