Absolutely terrible experience with Mango. I placed an order and waited several days while it sat in “preparation” status, only for it to be suddenly cancelled with the excuse that the item was “not available.” How is it not available when it was clearly showing as in stock on the website? When I contacted customer service, they casually said the item was “physically unavailable,” So your system shows items available when they’re not!! not to talk about the delay in return! never again!
1st item I bought on this brand, and the fabric is thin, I didn't expect it to be thin. You are better off buying something from uniqlo at half the price, so dissapointing!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The most horrible customer experience. Their app has a glitch in the user experience that doesn't allow you to review an order and submits it automatically without user consent. The kicker, even if you notify them right away of any error their reply is "oppsies, can't help you AT ALL". It doesn't matter if the order hasn't been processed or fulfilled, they do not care. Currently in the process of fighting a complete mess.

mala experiencia, la última actualización que han hecho los super clever developers, no funciona, da un error en el formato del código postal a pesar de que está correcto ...de repente vas a la pasarela de pago y desaparece toda tu cesta ..de-sas-tro-so. Eso de forzar que si la persona tiene la app en su móvil en vez de abrir la website te abre la app es una 💩no permitir hacer capturas de la cesta ¿qué va a venir el ladrón de prendas!?!? y para colmo habéis tenido un breach de seguridad
I tried to order something, but it is not possible to change the country and the currency, so the app can be used by American people only. What a waste of time. Also, the webpage is not working. All prices are in US $ even when you change to Germany or other EU locations.
Mango does not disclose the tracking number of the orders. The 2nd batch of my order is pending in dispatch status for 21 days up until now. I can't track the parcel though because they did not gave the tracking number and the courier who handled it. That batch was 14,000 pesos in amount. I tried contacting the customer service via the email given in the app but no one is responding. so it's not safe to shop via the app.
Does this app have a men's section or not? The advice did not work, I ended up using the website which isn't the most reliable way to shop.
Please learn from my experience, don't order from this app, they will take your money and not deliver the product.
verkauft billig Schrott . ja, war im Outlet, aber ein Gürtel der bei normaler Benutzung förmlich explodiert und auseinander fällt hab ich noch nie erlebt. selbst bei Ali Express passiert sowas niemals. natürlich keine Retour weil ich so dreist war den nicht den ganzen Tag mit mir rum zu schleppen und ihn entsorgt habe. daher, Abstand.

its really difficult to track once you order and customer care is never in service .... ...very poor customer service
the app doesn't work since the last update. you cant checkout items. I have reached out to customer care with no resolve. I'm told it is a bank error but I am able to use the same bank card for other merchants. kindly note that I have tried what you are suggesting. it still does not work.

la app no funciona con la última actualización de Android. Si usas el navegador desde el móvil te dirige a la app y no funciona.

CS: sent my fake sig as proof,tried to convince me I did,& when I insisted, suddenly I didn't get them(OOS)- offered refund(LOL). They approved 4 broken discount codes as mercy,not resp. SUMMER, any gesture of professionalism? NOPE.

worst, really worst!!! this happened to me twice. I sent back some of the stuff that I ordered in mango, and they didn't processed it properly!!! And the Klarna charged me for this!!! 35€ & 50€ This is very, very disappointing, i even contacted and also messaged them, but no help. I should have kept the peoduct and given it to someone!!! not like this, paying for nothing.
Lack of decent customer support and thiefs. I ordered items online, after which I got cancelation order from Mango, with refund issued. When I try to contacted their customer support, I got always the following message: We would like to confirm that the refund of your order EHIE0A has been successfully processed on 03/13/25 for the amount of ..... BAM. It normally takes from 3 to 12 working days to see it back in the same payment method: ... Money was not refunded.

Why does your website say you accept Amex, then when I enter my Amex details for payment it says the card is not compatible with the selected payment method. Poor experience

ordered things for 7000rs and it's coming from Spain... they were asking for kyc and I had been giving them the same and they kept rejecting it again and again. I mean is this for real? there is no one actually answering. even after rejecting I am asking them what exactly is the prb so that I don't do that mistake again for which it is getting rejected. it's so frustrating thaat no one cares in this app. after all this not my is getting refund or how do I get my money back idk.

You asked me to contact your customer service... what do you think i did? Its still RUBBISH for me... RUBBISH... I ended up not getting the product on sale because they said their app didn't go in line with their stocks, and they wouldn't honour the price they sold it for. Is it my problem? Oh well, I suppose you don't care about losing one customer.

Very bad service!! Saat pengembalian dana, customer di bikin ngemis2 ke mango online supaya di balikkin dananya dengan segera. Pengembalian dana sangat lama, sy sudah menunggu 1 bulan dan dana belum kembali2. No order E880YG. Keterlaluan, tidak profesional. Di web tertulis 3 sampai 12 hari untuk refund. Nyatanya 1 bulan belum di refund!! PARAH BANGETTT!!!

Very bad service..saya belanja di aplikasi mango online resmi,pengembalian dana sangat lama dan di beri estimasi maksimal 1 November 2024, dan ternyata dana tidak masuk, sy tanyakan kembali dan di kasi estimasi lagi 8 November 2024. No order E880YF dan E880YG. Dan pengembalian barang sudah di terima Mango di tanggal 1 Oktober. Padahal di website resmi pengembalian dana 3 sampai 12 hari kerja. Bayangkan ini sudah 1 bulan lebih dan sampai saya menulis ini saya belum menerima dananya!!! Parahhh!!!!
