Pessimo. Non lo consiglio assolutamente. Il servizio clienti è estremamente scarso, non sono nemmeno in grado di tracciare un pacco o di effettuare una consegna. Veramente deludente e inaccettabile.

I bought a stand mixer, it came looking like it had been stored outside in the rain, on opening it was damaged, i got in touch which was hard enough, they said "change my review we will send you out a new one or money back" this was in june still waiting i just want my money back now its too late for a gift now, im really not happy
One of the WORST Online stores on the Internet!! I've ordered 5 times in total, 3 of those I have have MAJOR ISSUES. Some sellers are VERY DISHONEST & don't dispatch items & Some DON'T actually have the items. My Worst experience is, there is NO TRACKING PROVIDED on ANY PURCHASES. 3 of my purchases have taken over 10 days to arrive. I had to PHONE MANO MANO TO COMPLAIN & they've had to sort it. Manomano needs a complete overhaul of their app.
up to now, ManoMano has been a waste of space. Since March, I have been sending emails trying to get spare parts for my lawnmower. Up to now, I have had the wrong parts sent. I sent an email and have had no reply again! Now I have 2 parcels that are no use to me, no return label, and out of pocket.
Poor app, FILTERS don't work, annoying "can we help" pop-up blocks view and when contacted, they know nothing...and can't help
Worst app ever, I bought from them twice, the first one was chairs, the delivery men were very rude, the second time I bought a clothes rail, it was a very cheap material, they wanted to take its full price as a return fees, very disappointed, I will never use it again. I tried to rate the order on the application, it crashes immediately.

App veeeery slow and unreliable. You need to log in again almost every time -very annoying! And the provided contact "mobileappB2C-support" is not supported. Jan 2024: The customer service tried to fool me. Very bad experience!

Waited a week, saw the App had an update which I have installed.. Back to the basket and NO CHANGE, STILL ADDING CHARGES FOR DELIVERY WHEN THE OPTIONS ARE MARKED AS "FREE" ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Web site is rubbish, cannot do an easy search. try looking for stelrad radiators. a night mear. I want 5 sizes. impossible.
