This is the worst insurance company Ive ever had to deal with. I downloaded this app to streamline my claims and it has only added another step in me fighting with them to get claims I am entitled to.
There are glitches and problems signing in. There is always a technical issue upon signing in.
This app is pathetic. Down more then it's working. Many bugs. Times out. I don't understand why it doesn't save my insurance info. I have to keep adding my info and my wife's info. I don't care about areoplan.... I Care about being able to send my claims without any issues. Can we work on that please. every time I want to send a claim something does not work.
wasted an hour trying to log in, it knows I have an account but I forgot the password, trying to reset it says it can't find me, round and round in a circle, I know im putting in the right surname and dob - lol
errors and won't log in for the past 2 weeks!

Garbage app, but I have to use it.
They're seems to be no way to just do banking with this new app. No way to use the app if you don't have group or retirement benefits. I used the old app to manage my Manulife One account but I can't get past the group benefits setup.

every time I try to submit a claim the submit button is not there. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to submit a claim and now that's not working. horrible app
Manulife customer service is terrible! They still haven't fixed a claim from 4 months ago which was from December 2025!

Avoid if possible, and when you need to call a customer, be prepared for an hour a day, 6 days in a row. I would like to add as a tip take a photo prior and upload. Don't take a photo within the app it reallyhelped most of the bugs for me
An abhorrent experience so far. While I am supposed to have prescription coverage, I get a grand total of $0 coverage for ANY meds I check. These meds have been around for years, they are generic, and are covered under any other health plan. But not, not Manulife. And of course no one could help on that end. So I have a login for benefits that provide me next to no use. Bravo, Manulife. Kudos to this trash plan 👏
my app is blank I don't know why before was too slow to open it now it completely blank
The app is very unstable, halfway through the submission it goes blank. you have to close the app and start again at least 2 to 3 times. Of all the apps and services I have used, Canada Life is the best. The app is stable and the speed of repayment is superb.
Cannot contact support - "live chat full". The submit feedback button doesn't work either.

This is seriously the worst app ever. It's unbelievably frustrating to try and submit a claim. They ALWAYS fail to submit "Sorry, something went wrong. Try again later". Later doesn't work either. Update: Still trash but now it doesn't save any providers so now I have to save their number and search and re-add every single time.

I was using this app on i phone worked very well and creating lots of issues in android, it's not opening the app itself and if opens it does not bring the data. Also I uninstalled and installed latest one its same issue.

I am so frustrated with these benefits apps. They don't want you to submit claims in the browser so they remove functions there but then when you try to submit on the app, the option for your claim isn't there. So back to the browser, where there's no option to submit receipts. Surely they'll deny the claim for missing receipts and I won't be reimbursed for a month after submitting a repeal.

kinda lame you can't use biometrics anymore. even more lame the company can't fathom its the app not the user. I have the latest version and still can't use biometrics I have a screenshot of the message I keep getting.

It takes a very long time for them to reimburse.If there is info missing from your claim,they do not notify you. My issue is with Invisalign.Paid a lump sum. Now I am making monthly payments for another few months.There isn't a dental code for this, as it's a payment plan,not another issue or procedure. They've recently changed the claim form.Now you have to submit a code,instead of just putting the payment under dental fees. EDIT:Add an option for a payment plan code. Notify if info is missing

Terrible app. After the Jan 24 update its so slow to login and once I am logged in I keep getting "Something went wrong" error so I can't see anything on my account. Update: March 02, still same issue. I'm forced to login from web to see my account.
Fix your login procedure. Your "one time codes" don't work, your "VIP Room" login doesn't work, your username sign-in doesn't work. Even your phone number doesn't work. Just start all over. It's almost like you are trying to prevent people from accessing their accounts because you're hiding something. I think I want my money back.

Designed processes in such a way that accessing them becomes an uphill battle. Your money and you can't acces them at your will... Why Manulife ???

This app is always slow and when I try to get an agent on the chat, it either goes blank and I lose the conversation so I have to start the process of waiting at least 30 mins for someone to answer again. Now I just got to talk with an agent and I was answering their question and apparently it took too long for them and they put me on hold for another 30 mins. Seriously, just call them. This is ridiculous.
show the limit for exams. don't state 1 free exam, as that sets the assumption 1 is free. In reality there's a limit, its not in the policy so only manulife knows the limit. Nothing like paying for multiple exams because the price is higher than what manulife covers. Lots of coworkers have expressed the same issues, we hope we can switch providers as the switch manulife as been basically pay more for less...
the app is miserable to use. Consistent message that there's an error trying to open and try again later.
Absolutele garbage app. Can't see your coverage for half the day. The app hangs constantly. 90% of this app is filled with nonsense redirecting you to their network. Just make an app that allows me to submit claims and look up the details of my coverage. It's not that hard many insurance companies have done this with ease.
app always gets stuck at "choose payment method" because the page is not scrollable so you can't click the next button. Pretty unusable for submitting claims on pixel 8a. just make the page scrollable and it will be fixed. this is not a new problem, it's going on a year now.
