Spent 10 minutes to fill up a drug claim only to hit a Something went wrong page on submission. Even my added pharmacy is not saved. Waste of time. Need to use the website only.
This app suck for a week it keeps giving me error 1003 or 0001

keyboards don't pop up when tapped
what is the point of having a "remember me" button if the app immediately signs you out as soon as you close the app. I can open the app, type in my login info, make sure the "remember me" option is ticked and I sign in. then as soon as I close the app, and try to open it again, I have to sign in even though I did 30 seconds ago. can you guys please make it actually remember you???
your app sucks can't up load a document

I am unable to update my profile email and phone number. The fields won't save and it won't let me submit a claim through the app without doing that step first. I was able to save my banking info on the same screen. Not sure why email and phone number fields are having issues. Very disappointing. Such a dumb thing not to work.
I hate it! this company not the app. if you can choose another provider then do it. it's like running in circles trying to get things resolved. they make it very difficult to contact anyone.
when you have a new plan use website,this app will not provide proper options to select your plan details ,only useful for coverage check .need bug fix.
not an user friendly app, made for you to get lost
this new app is constantly not working especially if you activate fingerprint access. I have to put a claim multiple times just to get approved its frustrating. Live chat is helpful but lots of times they can't resolve the issue unless you resubmit the claim. very frustrating.
online site is not user friendly at all ...unable to upload pre auth forms,receipts at same time as submitting claim had to download app where it was easily identifiable to add attachments
app doesn't allow you to filter claims, claims are not always in date order either.
I have a policy of 1-star rating apps that force updates. This app works fine, however.

Can't complete my claim because it says my contact and banking info is missing. but when prompted to fill it out its already done. Stuck in a loop
Everytime I go to sign in it says an error has orrcured even though I know for a fact the password and user name are correct because I just changed them.

DO NOT USE THIS APP TO SUMMIT A CLAIM. Not all options available on the web are present in this app. Lost 1 hour on the phone to correct the missing category. Confirmed by the agent that the app is missing information.
its not user friendly its always bouncing me all over the place I never know where to go initially I always just end up in the right place magically. it never remembers the password which is frustrating because if you dont use it everyday you forget. It just shouldn't be so hard. I dread having to submit a claim.

No info. Not friendly to know or understand plan. Can barely search. Can't upload or pre-approve blanket prescriptions likr massage therapy. not customer friendly.
Fix your login procedure. Your "one time codes" don't work, your "VIP Room" login doesn't work, your username sign-in doesn't work. Even your phone number doesn't work. Just start all over. It's almost like you are trying to prevent people from accessing their accounts because you're hiding something. I think I want my money back.
its slow and does not let you go back into the app after a while. I have uninstall and install the app again
if a claim hasn't been processed in their end, it is up to the client to call and remind them to work on it. in addition advise if after 3 business of the reminder they don't respond it is up to me to call back again. no followup is provided by Manulife.
This is the worst insurance company Ive ever had to deal with. I downloaded this app to streamline my claims and it has only added another step in me fighting with them to get claims I am entitled to.
There are glitches and problems signing in. There is always a technical issue upon signing in.
This app is pathetic. Down more then it's working. Many bugs. Times out. I don't understand why it doesn't save my insurance info. I have to keep adding my info and my wife's info. I don't care about areoplan.... I Care about being able to send my claims without any issues. Can we work on that please. every time I want to send a claim something does not work.
wasted an hour trying to log in, it knows I have an account but I forgot the password, trying to reset it says it can't find me, round and round in a circle, I know im putting in the right surname and dob - lol
errors and won't log in for the past 2 weeks!

They're seems to be no way to just do banking with this new app. No way to use the app if you don't have group or retirement benefits. I used the old app to manage my Manulife One account but I can't get past the group benefits setup.
Horrible App, not user friendly. In a world of technology and not being able to get a hold of a person on the phone for any kind of service... Do better.
every time I try to submit a claim the submit button is not there. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to submit a claim and now that's not working. horrible app
Manulife customer service is terrible! They still haven't fixed a claim from 4 months ago which was from December 2025!

Avoid if possible, and when you need to call a customer, be prepared for an hour a day, 6 days in a row. I would like to add as a tip take a photo prior and upload. Don't take a photo within the app it reallyhelped most of the bugs for me
An abhorrent experience so far. While I am supposed to have prescription coverage, I get a grand total of $0 coverage for ANY meds I check. These meds have been around for years, they are generic, and are covered under any other health plan. But not, not Manulife. And of course no one could help on that end. So I have a login for benefits that provide me next to no use. Bravo, Manulife. Kudos to this trash plan 👏
my app is blank I don't know why before was too slow to open it now it completely blank
The app is very unstable, halfway through the submission it goes blank. you have to close the app and start again at least 2 to 3 times. Of all the apps and services I have used, Canada Life is the best. The app is stable and the speed of repayment is superb.
