We tried to send in a damage report over several days and it fails at the last step with a generic error message and tells us to try later.

Cuidado con MAPFRE: lo que prometen no es lo que obtienes! Se me averió el coche en el extranjero y, lejos de facilitarme la repatriación, hicieron todo lo posible para evitarla. Me exigieron un diagnóstico de un mecánico en Francia -que, por supuesto, no pensaban cubrir- solo para retrasar la gestión. Al final, más problemas, más gastos y una atención desesperadamente lenta. Mucho marketing, pero poca ayuda cuando realmente lo necesitas. La App, igual que el servicio, deja mucho que desear.

Un desastre. Cada vez que intento acceder a alguna sección de la app se queda trabada en "Estamos recopilando toda la información necesaria". Imposible hacer nada con esta aplicación. Parece mentira que puedan haber fallos tan grandes. ¿Nadie testea esto antes de publicarse?

Desde que la tengo no he podido pedir una cita, el acceso al área cliente nunca funciona. La he desinstalado e instalado otra vez y sigue igual. Decepción
The app is okay if you just need to check your policy or check when payments are coming out but the only thing I need to do, which is cancel the renewal of one of my policies, just doesn't work. I've been trying for over a week now and I've finally accepted that it never will. I don't believe this is due to technical difficulties, like the app is telling me it is. I think it's to make you travel all the way to a Mapfre office to cancel, because a small percentage of people won't be able to.
