this new version is terrible. why was it changed?
Doesn't work properly. You click on some boats and nothing shows. Others you click on boat details and it shows you the T&C to accept again and then resets the app. Uninstalled after 5 minutes
This used to be a good, clear, easy to see app. It's dreadful now.

I hate the new app it's garbage..... I would like the old map better at least you could see the the ship and quest how long you have across the bridge. So Please go back to the old map that you understand it ? the New One is Garbage.
The new version is absolutely terrible. You only have to read the constant reviews of people telling you the same to know how awful this "upgrade" is..seriously, put it back to how it was before.
after the last update the app is absolutely terrible. Everything about the new update is trash. can't even see the year the vessel was built anymore...
whoever redesigned this app should seriously ask themselves if they are in the right job. It is atrocious as a sailor who has used marine traffic for many years , this is now pretty much useless. Too many glitches so why would I pay the exorbitant monthly fee. Even if I was prepared to pay the upgrade £1.99 a month woukd still be too much! Very disappointed. Do Better.

A steep vertical drop from 4.6 to 2.7 stars - with plenty of glaring outcry. The developers are obviously not very cognizant of their surroundings...
I used to like this app but they have locked more behind a paywall and the new UI is worse. there are better alternatives at this point

This used to be my go to app for tracking marine vessels. Then they got bought up or something. The new version sucks now. It won't allow me to sign into my paid account (still active for 5 more months) and just keeps saying "something went wrong". Without being logged in it shows zero info on anything. Uninstalled this app and cancelled my subscription in Google Play. Why couldn't they leave well enough alone??
Unusable now unless you pay, I recommend Vessel Finder to people as a replacement
Old version was way better. I hate the new version. Please bring back the old version. Mean while I have shifted to a different app. I haven't canceled just yet.

biggest down grade i have ever seen. will never get used to this, what have they done to what was a brilliant app. now totally unusable, time to uninstall.
It was so great and now it has fallen. Terrible design updates and user interface. Changing apps now to something else.
another rediculous supposed upgrade by people who don't know what they are doing. The coordinates of the lattitude component of the cursor is at least 8 miles out . When looking at a vessels track there is no way to use the cursor to find the coordinates on a specific point of the track. basically useless.

Just why???? What have you done to something that was brilliant and such a joy to use??? This "upgrade" is comparable to the cumbersome early days of "dial-up" phone internet running DOS. I will be canceling my $ubscription. And I can't believe I actually paid for this painful experience. So sad to lose my dear old user-friendly app.
Update is infuriating at best. No longer user friendly, busy home screen, features lost, information reduced or inaccurate, Lat now widely inaccurate based on zoom level, track displays in half screen and no longer colored for SOG, settings dont save, sends me to Scandinavia constantly, the list goes on and on. Don't waste your hard earned money, its nothing of what it used to be and the devs don't seem to care to fix anything
Was the greatest app to find out where the boat was. Now, after overhaul, its layout is frustrating. I'm canceling my paid subscription and pursuing calmer waters.

This used to be a great app but after a major software update and Kpler rebrand, the software is dysfunctional, essential features have been removed from the app, like calculating vessel eta, the vessel track is awful. For the life of me I do not understand why one chooses to ruin a great software. We Harbour Pilots in Reykjavik used to rely on the old version, now rendered almost useless. Looking for alternatives.
the homepage for the app is completely frozen for me today. there's a button to search for a vessel but absolutely nothing happens. I was taken by surprise by this update and since it's happened I've found the app totally unusable. very disappointed 😞
new changes make app not friendly as previous version
the latest update is awful, paid for the app as I use it for work and now it wont save settings and is very difficult to read and track vessels. the free version on my home computer has more detail than the paid app. having to scroll thru the vessel data sheet to get basic info is annoying. old version you could click the vessel and everything was there plain and simple. color scheme is really harsh. all for improvement but this ain't it.

if I could give zero stars I would. this app used to be amazing. it was simple and friendly to all of us Mariners. after the last update, of course it all went away. ships that were updated 15 hours ago are in the same spot, or they just go completely missing when next to a port. this app is so unreliable now, that most tug assist company's are telling their crews to switch. for anyone thinking about using the free app, dont.. and please don't pay for it. hope this helps

Latest update is terrible. Losing the ability to scroll through a previous track is a big miss. Considering swapping subscription to Vessel Finder. I have cancelled my subscription and would recommend others to do the same until they sort this rubbish out.
don't like this new update
this app went from 5 Star tracking app to a zero with the last update I will be cancelling my paid subscription and looking for another useful all that works. it stripped man creators that were useful and made love teaching of ships/boats impossible. Was the best marine tracking app... now the worst!!! Zero Stars!!!

Ruined by the latest update, canceled my subscription as soon as I used it.
Deleted my first review from 2 months just so I could say your app still sucks balls again, the upgrades have done nothing for it, 1 star is still to many, and everyone still complains about the same stuff.
I used to love this app. apparently the latest upgrade really made a lot of changes that aren't really so great. now when I click on a ship I don't get access to its length anymore. what a bummer. please return to the old version that worked really well.

The old graphics were great. this new version looks like a first try at making an App. Total Rubbish. I'm cancelling my subscription to Marine Traffic. What a shame this thing is.
Licensed (200 T near coastal). captain here. This app has been my go to forever, but now it is horrible. It is not user friendly at all, the land/ water contrast is the worst and actually gives me a bit of vertigo. I started a "fleet" of favorites, but every time I log in, my fleet is gone. Please undo this mess!
