Sat in the pub trying to order food with the app. Told we Needed to use the app to get the 10% off drinks. Basket kept vanishing . Freezing. Food items wouldn't click.. Tried 4 times to order our food. We were faced with going to the bar and pay more for food and drinks or keep trying with the app. Gave up in the end walked out. Not paying more for not using the app. So that's a pub chain to avoid now. App is rubbish so you need to pay more in the pub.
why cant I book a table through the app. Seems like a basic function for an app

no events at my local on the app (stevenston) never shows any vouchers on the app either!
Would be helpful if you could just view the menu without having to place a table number. We like to check menu's in order to decide if we want to go there that night. IMO it's a useless app.
would probably be good if it ever worked, it never does...
completely pointless in my case as the app doesn't list or allow you to choose the guest cask beers which is my tipple. It doesn't let you use the meerkat discount either as far as I can see so is very rigid and non flexible. It does however allow you to just choose and pay without signing your life away which is excellent if in a hurry - you can just choose and use gpay - plus point there.
made an order from thebtable with no problems. second time i tried the app said there was a problem and wouldn't complete the order. Tried it several times but had the same problem. I had to goto to the bar to order which is ok but could not get the 10% discount for using the app.
I added four favourite places, not one of them supported ordering on the app, but directed you to order and pay at the bar. What is the point of the app, then?
