Very disappointing experience with Martino's. We ordered two pizzas and expected them to arrive on time, but the delivery was delayed by more than one and a half hours. The reason given was a mismatch in pizza size, which should have been handled properly by the restaurant before dispatch. Such delays are completely unacceptable, especially when customers are waiting for their food. The expected delivery time was not maintained, and there was no proper communication regarding the delay.

It was very bad quality this time the dough was not fresh and soft and did not even taste too bad, even Tomatoes also too ripe and the taste was very bad
Don't trust this application, I ordered just now from Yogichowk branch, it showed no delivery charge to me.. but I received call from Branch about 90 rupees delivery charge extra to be paid upfront.. according to him, I ordered from near by branch area while I ordered from my home & whole address was correctly mentioned before the order.
worst experience ever. order was not delivered and still it marked delivered on the app while asking to the outlet, they don't have any answer regarding the same. on calling customer support, they are not picking the phone as well. can't be recommended.

Hi, I received my pizza in very bad condition. The pizza was completely damaged, slices were broken and toppings/cheese were spilled and uneven. It looks like it was mishandled during packing or delivery. This is not acceptable. you should provide refund as much as possible

ordered from the app and didn't receive one of the items. there's no customer support or any way to contact the app or team for refund or get the missing item. had to email them with photos and got no reply whatsoever. it's been days since then. Don't recommend the app to people at all! disappointed!

nope, better alternatives available. 9 cheese at 399 medium size, in buy 1 get 1 free same pizza at 645 medium size. you fix the product price first then think about selling it. one single product should not have two different MRPs.

It seemed that mayonnaise was used instead of cheese, and long red chillies were added instead of red bell peppers, which was different from the information provided while ordering. The delivery time was also longer than expected, as we had to wait nearly an hour. I hope you will review the preparation details and delivery timing to further improve the quality and customer experience.”

Delivery was fast, but the food quality was very disappointing. I ordered 9 Cheesy and Salsa Mexicano pizzas, and both had an excessive amount of sauce. The overwhelming sauce completely overpowered the taste, making it impossible to enjoy the actual flavors of the pizzas. The pizzas were also too soft and poorly structured, falling apart with every bite. Instead of a balanced taste, all I could notice was the sauce in both variants.
