The quality of the pizza we received was unsatisfactory. We ordered a standard pizza, but it arrived with a thin crust and minimal toppings, specifically a sparse distribution of onion pieces and only 4-5 paneer pieces on what was advertised as a farm fresh pizza. The overall quality was so poor that we believe a superior product could be obtained from a roadside establishment. Consequently, we will not be ordering from Martinoz again and will be removing the application. This experience was exc

Very disappointing experience at Martinoz Pizza, Valsad. Waited over 80 minutes, phone was switched off, and had to collect the order myself. The lady owner was rude, pizzas were cold, and the app status was inaccurate. Poor service and management. Not recommended.

Their phone was switched off, forcing me to collect the order myself. The owner was rude,the owner respect other people, the pizzas were cold, and the app showed "Food Ready" two hours later. Poor service, poor communication, and a frustrating customer experience. Not recommended.
very poor service, don't order with them otherwise you will get your order delivered in next day. they don't have the delivery person. order only if you can pickup from their outlets.

Maine recently Martinoz se ek pizza order kiya tha, aur honestly bahut hi disappointing experience raha. Pizza ki base quality bahut poor thi, toppings fresh nahi lag rahe the aur overall taste expectations se kaafi neeche tha. Main pichhle 5 saal se Martinoz ka pizza kha raha hoon, lekin is baar jo quality mili woh ab tak ki sabse worst thi. Unfortunately, din ba din inki quality aur bhi kharab hoti ja rahi hai.
